IPv6 proxies by use case

One page per platform that actually resolves over IPv6 — measured with DNS, not assumed — saying which jobs on that platform belong on a rotating IPv6 exit, which do not, how to pace by /64, the best countries and the price: $20 for 100 GB, $0.083/GB on 3 TB, 30-day packs, no subscription.

How to choose: IPv6 when the target is dual-stack and the job is public data at volume; residential or mobile when the target is IPv4-only or the job is an account. The IPv4-only platforms of the catalog are listed at the bottom, with the network that fits them.

AI assistants

The assistants are dual-stack on their apps and their APIs. IPv6 fits API egress and, above all, the web fetches of the agents you build on them; accounts stay on residential.

Social networks

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn resolve over IPv6 — for their public surfaces, at a slow pace per /64. TikTok, X, Reddit, Pinterest and Snapchat are IPv4-only.

E-commerce

Amazon, AutoTrader and Vinted accept IPv6, and their heavy listing pages are where the per-GB price matters most. eBay, Walmart, Etsy and Shopify are IPv4-only.

Streaming

Catalog, pricing and availability pages per country over IPv6; playback and accounts never. Twitch, Hulu and Prime Video are IPv4-only.

Apps, tools and travel

Wikipedia is the cleanest IPv6 target on the list; Telegram and WhatsApp are reachable for their public pages and APIs, not for accounts.

The platforms an IPv6 proxy cannot reach

18 of the 66 platforms in our catalog publish no AAAA record on their apex or on www (DNS from 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8, census of 14 September 2026 and re-check of 20 Sept 2026). No IPv6 exit reaches them, whatever the provider says; the network that fits each one is residential or mobile, on the same account.

Which platforms accept IPv6 proxies?

QuanticData measured it rather than guessed: of the 66 platforms in our use-case catalog, 25 resolve over IPv6 on the host their homepage lands on — this hub has one guide for each — 18 publish no AAAA record at all and are IPv4-only, and 23 have partial records. Among the big names: Google, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, Wikipedia, Netflix, Spotify and the major AI assistants accept IPv6; TikTok, X, Reddit, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, DuckDuckGo, Baidu, Naver, Discord and Twitch do not.

When should I choose IPv6 proxies over residential ones?

QuanticData recommends IPv6 when the target is dual-stack and the job is public data at volume — result pages, listings, catalogs, public profiles, API egress, the web fetches of an agent — because a gigabyte costs $0.20 down to $0.083 instead of $1.00 to $0.80 on residential. Choose residential or mobile when the target is IPv4-only, when the job is a login or an account, or when the site rejects hosting ranges by ownership rather than by behaviour. Every platform page says which of its jobs belongs where.

How are sessions set on QuanticData IPv6 proxies?

QuanticData sets the country in the username; with no session in the username every request gets a fresh IPv6 address from /48 and /64 subnets, and a static session is set in the endpoint generator when a flow must keep one address. The credentials work unchanged in any HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 client, and the same account carries the residential and mobile networks for the jobs IPv6 does not fit.

How much do IPv6 proxies cost per platform?

QuanticData charges the same per-GB price whatever the platform: $20 for 100 GB ($0.20/GB), $40 for 250 GB, $70 for 500 GB, $110 for 1 TB and $250 for 3 TB ($0.083/GB), each valid 30 days, unlimited concurrent sessions, no port fees. There is no free IPv6 pack; the free trial is 100 MB on the residential pool, enough to test a workflow before buying volume.
