Travel agencies in Italy list with emails: at least 96 found in Naples in one run — any region on request
A travel agencies in Italy list: agencies and tour operators based in Italy, with email, phone, website and operating address. It is for selling to the agencies, not for booking a trip. We extract it on request from Google Maps and the Italian national directories, then read the emails on each agency website. In Naples one run found at least 96. The first 20 rows from your area are free.

What this travel agencies in Italy list is
It is the list of the travel agencies in an Italian area — retail agencies and tour operators — with business name, operating address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not a static archive: we extract it when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date. These are agencies based in Italy, to sell to, not agencies that sell trips to Italy.
In Naples the search returned 117 listings; 21 belonged to other categories (mostly sightseeing tour agencies, 11, then excursion agencies and tourist information points) and we removed them: that is exactly what the category column in the file is for. What remains are the travel agencies and tour operators, the businesses that sell trips and packages; if you work with those who organise visits and excursions for incoming tourists, those listings can be added back on request.
Italy's Ministry of Tourism publishes the national list of travel agencies and tour operators: it is the tool to check that an agency operates legally. This file is for those who sell to the agencies, with phone, website, email and operating address. The count of 96 is for Naples (Napoli) and comes from a run that stopped before covering the whole city: there are at least that many agencies.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. The enrichment fields (email, social profiles, website status) are filled only for the agencies with a reachable website.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business name | text | The name the agency trades under, cleaned of duplicates. Sign and website do not always match: in the Naples sample one agency points to the website of another brand, and the website column makes it obvious. |
| Category | text | The category declared on the listing, such as travel agency or tour operator, with any secondary categories: it separates those who sell outbound trips from those who work with incoming tourists. |
| Address | text | Street and number of the operating address, the counter where clients are received, not the registered office. |
| City, province and postcode | text | Three separate columns: that is what you need to split the list by region, from Lombardy to Campania, without reworking it. |
| Phone | text | The number published on the listing, in international format. In the 10 Naples rows 9 numbers out of 10 are landlines: for an agency it is usually the counter line. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Website | URL | The agency domain. When the column is empty the agency has no website: for those who sell online shop windows and booking engines it is the first signal. |
| Email found on the website | text | The emails published on the agency website, read during enrichment. When it publishes more than one, for example bookings and accounts, we report them all. |
| Opening hours | text | The hours on the listing, when the agency has given them: they tell you when the counter is open and it is worth calling. |
| Social profiles | URL | Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn linked from the website: many agencies publish their offers there. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average star rating and how many reviews it has collected: an order of magnitude of the clients who pass by the counter. |
| Date of last review | date | When someone last wrote a review: the most honest signal that the agency is still open. |
| Active | yes / doubtful / no | Flag computed from the date of the last review and the website status. «Doubtful» means to be checked: an agency with a live website and few recent reviews may work mostly online. |
| Operating address confirmed | yes / no | It is yes when the map and the national directory show the same address. It is the field that keeps you from writing to the registered office instead of the counter. |
| Source per row | text | Google Maps, national directory or both: every row says where it comes from. On request we add the VAT number where the register shows it, checked on VIES. |
How we build the list
Five choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.
The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.
The operating address, not only the registered office
The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.
Source and date for every field
Next to phone, website and email you see where the value came from and the day we read it.
Measured coverage
Every list says how many rows really have a phone, a website or an email, counted and not estimated. On this page, in Naples: phone 97% (93 of 96), website 77% (74 of 96). Email coverage is measured in the sample from your area.
Every month, only the changes
With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.
How the list is built
From the map to the file, step by step
Five steps, always the same. They are the same public collectors you find in the API: if you prefer, you can run them yourself.
1. Extraction from the map
The google_maps_places collector sweeps the area you name and collects the listings of travel agencies and tour operators: name, category, address, phone, website, opening hours, rating and reviews.
2. National directories for the neighbourhood agencies
The business_directory collector goes over the same area on Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche. Network agencies are everywhere, small independent agencies sometimes keep a proper listing only there: the two sources add up.
3. Deduplication on name and street
We normalise name and address (Viaggi, Travel, S.r.l., abbreviations) and merge the listings that describe the same agency. One row is left, but the «source» column keeps track of where it appeared.
4. Enrichment from the website
The local_business_leads collector visits the website of each agency and extracts the published emails, other phone numbers, social profiles and the website status. The emails come from the agency website, not from a purchased archive, and we know from which page.
5. «Active» flag and delivery
From the date of the last review and the website status we derive the active / doubtful / no flag, then export to CSV or XLSX with the source on every row. On request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before delivery.

10 rows out of 96 travel agencies and tour operators extracted in Naples (Napoli); phones and emails are masked on this page. The run stopped before covering the whole city, so there are at least 96 agencies. Measured on 2026-10-01 in a single run; the counts refer to the city named, not to the whole of Italy.

Pricing
What it costs
Two ways. The self-service API if you want to rebuild the list yourself whenever you need it, the finished file if you only want to open the CSV and start. Prices are always «from»: they depend on how many businesses come out of the area you name.
local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not chargedThe API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.
Who buys a list of travel agencies in Italy
Not travellers: companies that sell to Italian agencies and need the counter that answers the phone.
Tour operators and wholesalers
Packages and catalogues go through the agency counter: you need the full map of the agencies of a region to assign the areas to your sales reps.
Hotels, resorts and accommodation
Commission agreements and familiarisation trips: the list by region tells you which agencies to contact in the areas your guests come from.
Travel insurance and brokers
Cancellation and assistance policies are sold at the counter together with the trip: the agency's direct phone is worth more than a generic email.
Agency software and booking engines
In Naples 22 agencies out of 96 had no website: they are the first to offer an online shop window or a booking system to.
Coach hire, chauffeur services and transfers
Trips, groups and excursions: whoever hires out vehicles works both with the agencies that organise outbound travel and with those that welcome tourists.
Agency networks and consortia
Those looking for independent agencies to bring into a network look at name and website: they show at once which agencies are already tied to a brand.
A bought list versus a list built on request
The six differences buyers tell us about after trying an archive file.
| Bought list | This list | |
|---|---|---|
| Freshness | A static file: usually it does not say when it was collected. | Extracted the day you order it; on request it comes back every month with the changes only. |
| Source per row | One big pool, with no way to know where each contact comes from. | Every row states the source: map, national directory or both. |
| Address | Often the registered office, which for a network agency can be far from the counter. | The operating address, with the «confirmed» flag when the two sources agree. |
| Origin of the emails | Origin not declared, often inherited from other lists. | Emails read on the agency website, with the page they come from. |
| Closed agencies | No signal: you find out by calling. | Active / doubtful / no flag and date of the last review on every row. |
| Pricing model | A package to buy whole, often national. | 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province. |
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, operating address, published number, website and the emails the agency publishes on its own website. No data on travellers or consumers, no private contacts, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. Sole traders are flagged in a separate column, because for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent or for one-to-one contacts. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you. Before any calling campaign the numbers must be screened against the do-not-call register; on request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before delivery.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest · VIES — VAT number check, European Commission
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.
Ask for your sample →How many travel agencies are there in Italy?
We have not counted a national total, so we do not publish one. The only number we measured is Naples: at least 96 agencies and tour operators in a single run on 1 October 2026, which stopped before covering the whole city. Before you order we tell you how many rows come out of the region or the province you need.
Where can I find a list of travel agencies in Italy?
Italy's Ministry of Tourism publishes the national list of travel agencies and tour operators, and that is where you check that an agency operates legally. It is not built for selling: our file gives you the phone, the website, the emails read on that website and the operating address of the agencies in your area, extracted when you order it. The first 20 rows are free.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. The date of the last review tells you, row by row, whether the agency still receives clients. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes, from €390/month.
Is there an email list of travel agencies in Italy?
Not as an archive: we read the emails on the website of each agency when we build the file, so coverage depends on how many agencies have a website. In Naples 74 agencies out of 96 (77%) had a website to visit. In the free sample you see the real percentage for your area before you pay.
What is the difference between a travel agency and a tour operator?
In short, the tour operator puts trips and packages together, the agency sells them to travellers at the counter, and many businesses do both. Both are in the list, and the category column says how each listing describes itself, so you can keep the outbound agencies and leave out those that work with incoming tourists. Sightseeing and excursion agencies stay out unless you ask for them.
Is it legal to contact travel agencies with a business proposal?
They are business contacts published by the agencies themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47, and sole traders are flagged separately. When you receive the file you become an independent controller and, before calling, you must screen the numbers against Italy's do-not-call register. Automated email needs prior consent in Italy.
Is the travel agencies in Italy list available in Excel, and how fast?
It comes as a spreadsheet rather than a PDF: CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row, so it opens in Excel and can be filtered; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read emails and social profiles.
Can I get the travel agencies of only one region or province?
Yes. One province starts at €290; a whole region, for example Lombardy, Lazio or Campania, is quoted within 24 hours. You can also name a list of municipalities. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if a field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers, because a phone that is switched off cannot be verified. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought (with «phone only», the phone) and the period to report a row is stated in the order.
Can I import the list into my CRM?
Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field, so it loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo or monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. Each agency becomes a company with its phone, website and emails in separate columns. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.
Want to see 20 travel agencies from your area?
Tell us the city, the province or the region: we send you 20 complete rows within one business day, with no account and no card.
