What this hotel contact list for Italy is

It is the list of accommodation businesses in an Italian area — hotels, residences, guest houses, holiday houses (case per ferie) — with business name, operating address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.

There are two sources. Google Maps, where every property open to the public has a listing, and the Italian national directories (Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche), which bring in the small properties and the family-run businesses. Every row states the source it comes from: map, directory or both.

The numbers on this page are measured and refer to Rome: one run on 8 September 2026, 266 listings, including a few properties in the surrounding belt such as Ciampino. For the other provinces we give you the count before you order, together with the free sample.

The fields you get on every row

These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. The enrichment fields (email, social profiles, website status) are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.

FieldTypeWhat it contains
Business nametextThe name the business uses with the public, cleaned of duplicates and department labels.
CategorytextThe category declared on the listing (and the secondary categories, when there are any): useful to filter before you call.
AddresstextStreet and number of the operating address, the place where the work actually happens.
City, province and postcodetextThree separate columns in the file, so you can split the list by sales territory without reworking it.
PhonetextThe number published on the listing, normalised to international format; mobiles stay separate from landlines. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni).
WebsiteURLThe business domain. When the column is empty, the business has no website: for some sellers that is already a signal.
Email found on the websitetextThe emails published on the business website, read from the site itself during enrichment. More than one when there are several.
Social profilesURLFacebook, Instagram and LinkedIn linked from the website: useful when the phone does not answer.
RatingnumberThe average star rating on the listing, where there is one.
Number of reviewsnumberHow many reviews it has collected: an order of magnitude of the client volume.
Date of last reviewdateWhen someone last wrote a review: the most honest signal that the business is still trading.
Activeyes / doubtful / noFlag computed from the date of the last review and the website status. «Doubtful» means to be checked, not to be thrown away.
Operating address confirmedyes / noIt is yes when the map and the national directory show the same address. It is the field that keeps your letter from landing at the accountant's office.
Source per rowtextGoogle Maps, national directory or both: every row says where it comes from. On request we add the VAT number where the register shows it, checked on VIES.

How we build the list

Five choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.

The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code

A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.

The operating address, not only the registered office

The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.

Source and date for every field

Next to phone, website and email you see where the value came from and the day we read it.

Measured coverage

Every list says how many rows really have a phone, a website or an email, counted and not estimated. On this page, in Rome: phone 93% (247 of 266), website 88% (234 of 266). Email coverage is measured in the sample from your area.

Every month, only the changes

With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.

Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

How the list is built

From the map to the file, step by step

Five steps, always the same. They are the same public collectors you find in the API: if you prefer, you can run them yourself.

1. Extraction from the map

The google_maps_places collector sweeps the area you name and collects every accommodation listing in it: name, category, address, phone, website, rating and reviews. It is the source that covers practically every sign you can see from the street.

2. National directories for the independents

The business_directory collector goes over the same area on the Italian national directories (Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche). There is a precise reason: chains and groups are everywhere, small independents often appear only there. The two sources complete each other, they do not replace each other.

3. Deduplication on name and street

We normalise business name and address (abbreviations, punctuation, company forms) and merge the listings that describe the same business. One row is left, but the «source» column keeps track of where it appeared.

4. Enrichment from the website

The local_business_leads collector visits the website of each business and extracts the published emails, other phone numbers, social profiles and the website status. The emails do not come from a purchased archive: they come from the business's own website, and we know from which page.

5. «Active» flag and delivery

From the date of the last review and the website status we derive the active / doubtful / no flag, then export to CSV or XLSX with the source on every row. On request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before we send you the file.

Pricing

What it costs

Two ways. The self-service API if you want to rebuild the list yourself whenever you need it, the finished file if you only want to open the CSV and start. Prices are always «from»: they depend on how many businesses come out of the area you name.

Free sample20 rowsfrom the area you name, within one business day
Self-service APIfrom $0.01 per leadlocal_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged
One provincefrom €290every business in the sector, enriched, CSV/XLSX, source per row
All of Italyquote within 24 hby region or nationwide; monthly refresh with the changes only from €390/month

The API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.

Who buys a hotel mailing list for Italy

Not travellers looking for a room: the companies that sell to hoteliers, one property at a time.

Channel managers and PMS software

Sellers of booking engines, channel managers and front-office software: the website in the row shows at once whether the property already sells direct or lives on booking portals alone.

Industrial laundries

A local service: what counts is full coverage of a province with the right operating address, not the address of the company that owns the property.

Amenities and linen suppliers

Bathroom amenities, linen, single-portion breakfast items: category and review volume give an order of magnitude before the first call.

OTAs and booking portals

Acquisition teams that work city by city and want to know which properties are not under contract yet.

Revenue and tourism marketing agencies

Revenue management, photography, direct campaigns: an empty «website» column and reviews stuck for years point to who needs it most.

Contract furniture, building systems and maintenance

Renovations, air conditioning, made-to-measure furniture: provincial lists with the direct phone and a verified address, not a group switchboard.

A bought list versus a list built on request

The six differences buyers tell us about after trying an archive file.

Bought listThis list
FreshnessA static file: usually it does not say when it was collected.Extracted the day you order it; on request it comes back every month with the changes only.
Source per rowOne big pool, with no way to know where each contact comes from.Every row states the source: map, national directory or both.
AddressOften the registered office: the post ends up at the accountant's.The operating address, with the «confirmed» flag when the two sources agree.
Origin of the emailsOrigin not declared, often inherited from other lists.Emails read on the property's website, with the page they come from.
Closed businessesNo signal: you find out by calling.Active / doubtful / no flag and date of the last review on every row.
Pricing modelA package to buy whole, often national.20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province.

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.

Ask for your sample →

How many hotels are there in Italy?

We have not counted a national total, so we do not publish one. The only number we measured is Rome: 266 accommodation listings in a single run on 8 September 2026. Before you order we tell you how many rows come out of the province or region you need, and the free sample comes from that same area.

How up to date is the data?

It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. The date-of-last-review column tells you, row by row, how recently a guest wrote about the property. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.

How many hotels have an email address, and is it the owner's?

We read the emails on the hotel's own website, so coverage depends on how many properties have one: in the Rome sample, 234 listings out of 266 (88%) had a website to visit. The emails are the ones the property publishes, such as reservations or general info; we do not add private addresses from other sources. In the free sample you see the real percentage for your area.

Is it legal to contact these hotels?

They are business contacts published by the properties themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47, and sole traders are flagged separately. When you receive the file you become an independent controller and, before calling, you must screen the numbers against Italy's do-not-call register. Automated email needs prior consent in Italy.

Is there a free list of hotel email addresses in Italy?

Yes, to start with: 20 complete rows from the area you name are free, with no account and no card. They come from the same extraction as the paid list, so you see the real email and phone coverage of your area. The full province is paid, from €290.

Can I download the hotel list in Excel or CSV, and how fast?

CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the emails and social profiles.

Can I get a hotel email list for just one city, like Rome or Florence?

Yes, and the province is the most requested cut: one province starts at €290. You can also name a single city, a radius in kilometres, a list of municipalities or a neighbourhood. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.

Does the list include B&Bs, or only hotels?

It covers hotels, residences, guest houses and holiday houses, as they appear on the map with their category, so you can filter them in the file. Bed and breakfasts have their own list, built and measured separately; if you sell to both, ask for both in the same order.

API or finished file: which is better?

The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.

What guarantee is there on quality?

Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if a field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers, because a phone that is switched off cannot be verified. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought (with «phone only», the phone) and the period to report a row is stated in the order.

Can I import the list into my CRM?

Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website), so the list of hotels loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.

Want to see 20 hotels from your area?

Tell us the city or the province: we send you 20 complete rows within one business day, with no account and no card.
