Agriturismo list for Italy, by region, with email: 73 found in the Siena search in one run — any province on request

An agriturismo list for Italy with email, phone, website and address, built on the region, province or municipalities you name, for the companies that sell to farm stays. We extract it from Google Maps and the Italian national directories, then read the emails on each property's website. The Siena search, in a single run that went to the end, returned 73 agriturismi. The first 20 rows are free.

How a list of agriturismi in Italy is built: Google Maps and the national directories, deduplication, enrichment from each farm stay website, CSV export with the source per row
From the two sources to the delivered file: deduplication on name and locality, emails read on the property's website, the source kept on every row.

What this agriturismi database is

It is the list of the agriturismi (farm stays) in an Italian area — with rooms, with a restaurant or both, together with the farms that host guests — with name, address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. We extract it when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.

One thing to know before you order: on the map the word «agriturismo» also pulls in other things. The Siena search returned 148 listings; 75 belonged to other categories (mostly B&Bs, 25, then hotels, restaurants and holiday homes) and we removed them: the category column in the file is there for exactly this. And an agriturismo sits in the countryside: in the 10 rows below, besides Siena, you find Asciano, Buonconvento, San Gimignano, Radicofani and other municipalities of the province. That is why the right area is the province or a list of rural municipalities.

The regions keep the official register of agritourism operators, and several also publish it as open data: it is the right tool to check that a farm is registered. Our file serves something else, the companies that sell to agriturismi: phone, website, email and an address you can actually find, even when it is a locality or a farmstead. The count of 73 refers to the search on Siena, not to the whole province.

The fields you get on every row

These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. The enrichment fields (email, website status) are filled only for the properties with a reachable website.

FieldTypeWhat it contains
Property nametextThe name of the agriturismo as it appears on the listing, cleaned of duplicates. Sometimes it is registered to the farm company: in the Siena sample one row starts with «Soc. Agr.» (società agricola, a farm company).
CategorytextThe category declared on the listing. In the count we keep only «Agriturismo»: the B&Bs, hotels, restaurants and holiday homes the map attaches to the same word stay out, or in if you ask for them.
AddresstextIn the countryside the address is often a locality, a provincial road or the name of the farmstead, as you can see in the sample rows: we report it as written on the listing.
Coordinateslat / lonLatitude and longitude of the listing. Outside towns they are worth more than the address to plan visits, inspections and deliveries.
City, province and postcodetextThe municipality of reference, the province and the postcode in separate columns: you split the list by province or region without reworking it.
PhonetextThe number published on the listing, in international format. In the Siena search 7 agriturismi out of 73 had no number: for those, website and email remain. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni).
WebsiteURLThe property's domain. In the Siena search 89% of agriturismi had one (65 of 73): whoever sells countryside stays usually has a website of their own too.
Email found on the websitetextThe emails published on the property's website, read during enrichment. More than one when there are several, for example bookings and the sale of farm products.
Opening hourstextThe hours on the listing when there are any: for agriturismi with a restaurant they tell you on which days the kitchen is open.
Rating and number of reviewsnumberThe average star rating and how many reviews it has collected: an order of magnitude of how many guests come through.
Date of last reviewdateWhen a guest last wrote a review: the most honest signal that the property is still hosting.
Activeyes / doubtful / noFlag computed from the date of the last review and the website status. «Doubtful» means to be checked: many properties work only in some months of the year.
Operating address confirmedyes / noIt is yes when the map and the national directory show the same address. What counts is the place where guests are welcomed, not the office that keeps the farm's accounts.
Source per rowtextGoogle Maps, national directory or both: every row says where it comes from. On request we add the VAT number where the register shows it, checked on VIES.

How we build the list

Five choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.

The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code

A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.

The operating address, not only the registered office

The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.

Source and date for every field

Next to phone, website and email you see where the value came from and the day we read it.

Measured coverage

Every list says how many rows really have a phone, a website or an email, counted and not estimated. On this page, in Siena: phone 90% (66 of 73), website 89% (65 of 73). Email coverage is measured in the sample from your area.

Every month, only the changes

With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.

Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

How the list is built

From the map to the file, step by step

Five steps, always the same. They are the same public collectors you find in the API: if you prefer, you can run them yourself.

1. Extraction from the map

The google_maps_places collector sweeps the municipalities you name and collects the listings tied to agriturismi: name, category, address, coordinates, phone, website, rating and reviews. Outside towns it pays to name every municipality in the area, not just the provincial capital.

2. National directories for the smaller farms

The business_directory collector goes over the same area on Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche. The smallest farms sometimes have a well-kept listing only there: the two sources add up.

3. Deduplication on name and locality

We normalise name and address (localities, farmsteads, company forms such as Soc. Agr.) and merge the listings that describe the same property. One row is left, but the «source» column keeps track of where it appeared.

4. Enrichment from the website

The local_business_leads collector visits the website of each property and extracts the published emails, other phone numbers, social profiles and the website status. The emails come from the agriturismo's website, not from a purchased archive.

5. Category filter and delivery

We keep the listings with the agriturismo category (the others only if you ask for them), compute the active / doubtful / no flag and export to CSV or XLSX with the source on every row. On request we check the VAT numbers on VIES.

Pricing

What it costs

Two ways. The self-service API if you want to rebuild the list yourself whenever you need it, the finished file if you only want to open the CSV and start. Prices are always «from»: they depend on how many businesses come out of the area you name.

Self-service APIfrom $0.01 per leadlocal_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged
One provincefrom €290every business in the sector, enriched, CSV/XLSX, source per row

The API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.

Who buys an agriturismo email list for Italy

Not tourists looking for a farm stay: the companies that sell to agriturismi and need to find the property in the middle of the countryside.

Rural tourism portals and agencies

Whoever sells countryside stays looks for properties to showcase, region by region: website and reviews tell you which ones are already ready.

Solar, heat pumps and building systems

Farmhouses and farm buildings are large and often isolated: system sellers work by province and use the coordinates to organise site inspections.

Pools, outdoor furniture and hospitality

Pools, gazebos, furniture for rooms and gardens: their sellers move by area, with the real address of the property and not that of the office.

Food-service suppliers

Many agriturismi also have a kitchen: equipment, tableware and the products the farm does not make itself.

Grant and funding consultants

Rural development grants are issued at regional level: whoever handles the applications looks for the agritourism businesses of the region they work in.

Weddings, events and wine tourism

Wedding planners and tasting organisers look for properties with space and solid reviews in the area where they work.

A bought list versus a list built on request

The six differences buyers tell us about after trying an archive file.

Bought listThis list
FreshnessA static file: usually it does not say when it was collected.Extracted the day you order it; on request it comes back every month with the changes only.
Source per rowOne big pool, with no way to know where each contact comes from.Every row states the source: map, national directory or both.
AddressOften the company's registered office, which may be in the village or at the accountant's.The address of the property as it is on the listing, with the coordinates to actually find it.
Origin of the emailsOrigin not declared, often inherited from other lists.Emails read on the property's website, with the page they come from.
Closed propertiesNo signal: you find out by calling.Active / doubtful / no flag and date of the last review on every row.
Pricing modelA package to buy whole, often national.20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province.

How many agriturismi are there in Italy?

We have not counted a national total, so we do not publish one. The only number we measured is the Siena search: 73 agriturismi in a single run on 1 October 2026, which went to the end, after removing the B&Bs, hotels and restaurants the same search returned. Before you order we tell you how many properties come out of the municipalities you need.

What does agriturismo mean, and what counts as one in this list?

Agriturismo is the Italian name for a farm that hosts guests: with rooms, with a restaurant or both. In the list we keep only the listings whose category on the map is agriturismo; the B&Bs, hotels, restaurants and holiday homes found by the same search stay out unless you ask for them. The regions keep the official register of agritourism operators.

How up to date is the data?

It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it. The date of the last review tells you, row by row, whether the property is still hosting, and the «doubtful» flag marks the ones to check. On request we rebuild the file every month with only the changes, from €390/month.

Is there a list of agriturismi with email addresses for suppliers?

Yes, that is what this file is for. We read the emails on each property's website, so coverage depends on how many have one: in the Siena search 65 agriturismi out of 73 (89%) had a website to visit. In the free sample you see the real percentage for your area, already filtered on agritourism properties.

Is it legal to contact agriturismi with a sales offer?

They are business contacts published by the properties themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47, and individual businesses are flagged separately. When you receive the file you become an independent controller and, before calling, you must screen the numbers against Italy's do-not-call register. Automated email needs prior consent in Italy.

Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?

CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the emails.

Can I get a list of agriturismi in Tuscany, Puglia or one province?

We build it by region, by province or by list of municipalities. One province starts at €290; a whole region is quoted within 24 hours. If you only need to check that a farm is registered, the official regional register is public; our file adds phone, website, email and coordinates.

What is the difference between an agriturismo and a B&B in this list?

We go by the category declared on the listing. In the Siena search 25 of the listings that came back for «agriturismo» were B&Bs, and we took them out; the same holds for hotels, restaurants and holiday homes. If you sell to both, the B&Bs have their own list, or they can go into the same file with the category column to tell them apart.

API or finished file: which is better?

The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, filtered on agritourism properties and enriched, without writing a line of code.

What guarantee is there on quality?

Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if a field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers, because a phone that is switched off cannot be verified. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought (with «phone only», the phone) and the period to report a row is stated in the order.

Can I import the list into my CRM?

Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field, so it loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo or monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. The coordinates stay in two columns, useful if your CRM shows contacts on a map. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.

Want to see 20 agriturismi from your area?

Tell us the province or the municipalities: we send you 20 complete rows within one business day, with no account and no card.
