Remove your business from our lists

If your business appears in a list we prepare for other companies, you can have it removed at any time, without giving a reason and without sending any document. Tell us the name and the contact details to remove: we take them out of our lists and keep them on a suppression list, so they do not come back in later extractions.

Your request

Enter every contact detail you want removed: the more you give, the more rows we find. At least one of business name, phone, email, website, VAT number or address is needed.

We use these details only to handle the request and to keep your business out of our lists. Privacy policy.

What happens after you send it

What data we use and where it comes from

Only details the business itself made public so it could be contacted: name and category, operating address, published phone number, website and the emails published on it, the business's social profiles, rating and number of reviews on the public listing. The sources are public listings on Google Maps, national business directories and the business's own website.

We do not collect data about customers or patients, private numbers or addresses, personal profiles or data bought from other lists.

If one of our customers contacts you

A company that receives one of our lists is an independent controller for the contacts it makes, so you can also object directly to it. In Italy it must screen numbers against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni before calling, and promotional email or SMS sent automatically needs your prior consent (Art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code).

Access and corrections

To find out what data we hold on your business and where it came from, or to correct a detail, say so in the notes. For access requests we reply to the email the business publishes, so we know we are talking to the business. To remove a contact detail we ask for no verification at all.

If you think your data is being handled wrongly, you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the authority where you live or work.
