Padel clubs in Italy with phone numbers and addresses
A list of padel clubs in Italy (padel clubs, indoor and outdoor courts, sports clubs renting padel courts) with phone, website, email and the address of the courts, extracted on request from Google Maps and the national directories. It is not a booking app: it is the file for whoever sells to clubs. In Rome one run counted at least 52. Get 20 free rows, then the file for one province from €290.

What this list of Italian padel clubs is
It is the list of the padel venues in an Italian area (padel clubs, indoor and outdoor courts, sports clubs with padel courts), with business name, address of the courts, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
Whoever searches for padel clubs in an Italian city almost always wants to book a court, and lands on booking apps and portals. Our file is for something else: for whoever sells to clubs (courts and roofs, rackets and balls, lighting, software, bar supplies) and needs the address of the courts, the phone, the website and the emails in a table.
The numbers on this page are for Rome: the «campo da padel» search of 4 October 2026 exhausted the map results and returned 122 listings. We counted only the 52 whose category says padel (29 «Padel court», 23 «Padel club»). We left out 70: 41 generic «Sports club», 10 tennis clubs and other sports centres, many of which have padel courts without saying so in the category. So 52 is a floor: on request we add the generic clubs, checking on their website whether they have padel.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and email type are read on each business’s own website, so they are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business | text | The name the business shows on its public listing. |
| Category | text | The category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out. |
| Address, postcode, comune and province | text | The operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area. |
| Phone and Phone 2 | text | The published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Email and email type | text | The email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one. |
| Website | URL | The business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not. |
| Operating address check | yes / no | Yes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address. |
| Status on the map | text | Hours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Directory and map listing | URL | The two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check. |
| Checked on | date | The day we read the sources for that row. |
| Row ID | text | A stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders. |
How we build the list
Four choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.
The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.
The operating address, not only the registered office
The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.
Source and date on every row
Every row carries the links to the two public listings it comes from and the day we read it.
Every month, only the changes
With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Who buys a list of padel clubs in Italy
Not players: companies that sell to clubs and need the address of the courts and the phone of whoever runs the venue.
Court builders and roofing
New courts, roofs, artificial turf and glass: offered to growing clubs, starting from the area of your building sites.
Rackets, balls and apparel
Distributors and brands for the club shop: sold province by province, and the category tells you which clubs were built for padel.
Lighting and facilities
LED court lighting, climate control for indoor venues, sound systems: what counts is the address of the courts, not the registered office.
Booking and payment software
Court calendars, bookings and payments: the clubs with a website are the ones already ready for a demo.
Drinks, bar supplies and vending
Whoever stocks the club bar and the vending machines: the list is filtered on the clubs still trading.
Insurance, sponsorship and tournaments
Policies for venues and members, sponsorships, amateur tournament circuits: municipality and category make the first filter.
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, address of the courts, published number, website and the emails the club publishes on its own website. No member or player data, no private contacts, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. Many clubs are sports associations or small companies run by one person: when the contact is personal, the processing has to be assessed case by case.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest · VIES — VAT number check, European Commission
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.
Ask for your sample →How many padel courts are there in Italy?
We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. The only number we measured is Rome: 52 padel clubs in a single run on 4 October 2026, counting only listings that declare padel. It is a floor: 41 sports clubs and 10 tennis clubs from the same search may also have padel courts. Before you order we tell you how many rows come out of your province.
Why is the Rome number a floor?
Because we count a listing as a padel club only if its map category says so. Many clubs born for tennis or as sports centres added padel courts without changing category: in Rome there were 41 «Sports club» and 10 tennis clubs. On request we include them, checking on each website whether it really has courts.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. Padel has grown fast and many clubs are recent: the status on the map (hours shown, temporarily or permanently closed) tells you, row by row, who is still operating. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.
How many Italian padel clubs in the list have an email?
The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the club website, so coverage depends on how many have a website. In Rome 32 clubs out of 52 (62%) had a website; some only use a page on a booking app. For the others you get phone and address. In the free sample you see the real percentage for your area before you pay.
Is it legal to contact padel clubs in Italy?
They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47. Whoever receives the file becomes an independent controller. Commercial emails and SMS sent with automated systems need the recipient’s prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except for existing customers offered similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy’s do-not-call register.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the published emails.
Can I get one province or one city only?
Yes: one province starts at €290. You can name a city, a list of municipalities or a radius in kilometres around your warehouse, and choose whether to include the generic sports clubs. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.
What guarantee is there on quality?
If a delivered field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought; in the «phone only» version (only the rows with a phone number) it covers the phone. The period to report a row is stated in the order.
Can I import the list into my CRM?
Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website), so the list of padel clubs loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.
