What this list of Italian beach clubs is
It is the list of the beach clubs on a stretch of the Italian coast (bagni, lidi, equipped beaches and beach bars with umbrella service), with business name, seafront address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
Whoever looks for the beach clubs of an Italian resort mostly finds portals to book an umbrella and guides for tourists. Our file is for something else: for whoever sells to beach club operators (equipment, supplies, software, services) and needs the phone, website and email of every club on a stretch of coast.
The numbers on this page are for Rimini: the «stabilimento balneare» search of 4 October 2026 returned 179 listings; 7 belonged to other categories and we took them out. That leaves 172 beach clubs. Many listings carry the number of the bagno in their name, which is how customers find them on the Riviera.

The sector from the listing, not the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing; listings of other categories stay out.
Operating address confirmed
The column says «yes» when the map listing and the national directory listing give the same address; otherwise it says which of the two sources gives it.
No duplicates, not even across orders
Listings of the same business become one row, and a business you already received in an earlier order does not reach you again.
The contacts you already have stay out
If you upload a file of your contacts to the dashboard (emails, phones, websites or VAT numbers), those businesses stay out of the list and are not charged.
Date read on every row
The «Checked on» column is the day we read the sources of that row; «Directory listing» and «Map listing» link to the pages it comes from.
Emails read on the website, with their type
The email is the one the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). We deliver only emails whose domain has a mail server (MX check): the others stay empty and are not charged as rows with an email.
Phones in international format
Every number is written as +39 followed by the number, with a second phone when the business publishes two.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, operating address, published number, website and the emails the beach club publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no customer data, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. For sole traders and self-employed professionals the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.

A stabilimento balneare is a managed beach that rents umbrellas and sunbeds, often with a bar or restaurant: that is what the list counts. Free beaches, kiosks without umbrella service and hotels with a private beach stay out. The category column lets us add them on request if you need them.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. The map status shows, row by row, who is marked as temporarily or permanently closed.
How many beach clubs in the list have an email?
The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the club website, so coverage depends on how many have a website. In the Rimini sample, 122 clubs out of 172 (71%) had a website to visit; for the others you get phone and address. In the free sample you see how many rows have an email before you pay.
Is it legal to contact these beach clubs?
They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves; for B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest (recital 47). Commercial emails and SMS sent through automated systems need the recipient's prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except the soft-spam case of existing customers for similar products. Operator calls are allowed to numbers not listed in Italy's do-not-call register, the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni. With the file you become an independent controller.
