Solar installers in Italy with phone numbers and addresses

A list of solar panel installers in Italy with phone, website, email and the operating address. It is not the GSE map of installers: it is the file for whoever sells to the companies that install photovoltaic systems. In Padua one run returned 29 installers. With a free account you get 20 sample rows; one province costs €0.08 per row + VAT.

What this list of Italian solar installers is

It is the list of the companies that install photovoltaic systems in an Italian area (solar installers, solar energy suppliers and electrical contractors with a dedicated solar line), with business name, operating address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.

Whoever looks for solar installers in Italy often lands on the Mappa dei Realizzatori of the GSE, the state energy services agency, tied to the national Reddito Energetico scheme: it shows the companies that chose to join its installer register, and it is the right tool for whoever needs a system built under that scheme. Our file is for something else: for whoever sells to installers and needs the address, phone, website and email. It does not say whether a company is on the GSE register.

The numbers on this page are for Padua: the «installatore fotovoltaico» search of 4 October 2026 exhausted the map results for the city and returned 46 listings; 17 belonged to other categories and we took them out, because that is exactly what the category column in the file is for. That leaves 29 installers, and all 29 had both a website and a published phone number.

The fields you get on every row

These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and website appear only on the rows of businesses that publish them.

FieldTypeWhat it contains
BusinesstextThe name the business shows on its public listing.
CategorytextThe category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out.
Address, postcode, comune and provincetextThe operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area.
Phone and Phone 2textThe published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni).
Email and email typetextThe email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one.
WebsiteURLThe business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not.
Operating address checkyes / noYes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address.
Status on the maptextHours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it.
Rating and number of reviewsnumberThe average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume.
Directory and map listingURLThe two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check.
Checked ondateThe day we read the sources for that row.
Row IDtextA stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders.

What we check on every row

Collecting a value is not checking it: this is what we do, row by row, before the file reaches you.

The sector from the listing, not the ATECO code

A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing; listings of other categories stay out.

Operating address confirmed

The column says «yes» when the map listing and the national directory listing give the same address; otherwise it says which of the two sources gives it.

No duplicates, not even across orders

Listings of the same business become one row, and a business you already received in an earlier order does not reach you again.

The contacts you already have stay out

If you upload a file of your contacts to the dashboard (emails, phones, websites or VAT numbers), those businesses stay out of the list and are not charged.

Date read on every row

The «Checked on» column is the day we read the sources of that row; «Directory listing» and «Map listing» link to the pages it comes from.

Emails read on the website, with their type

The email is the one the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). We deliver only emails whose domain has a mail server (MX check): the others stay empty and are not charged as rows with an email.

Phones in international format

Every number is written as +39 followed by the number, with a second phone when the business publishes two.

Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Several provinces, a sector you do not see or a particular need: write to us. The free sample instead is downloaded from the dashboard, with the button above.

Fields required in the business list

A person on the team replies by email. It is a request, not an order: you pay nothing here.

Export compatible with

CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website) that you map in the contact import of your CRM. Through the API the rows reach your systems without a file.

Example API call to the collector that pulls contacts from Google Maps: on the left the POST request with plumber and Manchester, UK as parameters, in the middle the table of leads delivered, on the right what the run costs, counted only on the leads delivered.

Pricing

What it costs

You pay for the rows you receive: one whole province, or up to 60 municipalities of the same province, as CSV or XLSX. First you download 20 real rows for free.

Every row€0.08 per rowEvery business of the sector in the province or in the municipalities you pick. The email is there when the business publishes it on its website.
Rows with an email only€0.12 per rowOnly the rows with an email arrive: the others are neither delivered nor charged.
Rows with a website only+€0.02 per rowRows without a website are neither delivered nor charged.
Rows with a phone onlyno surcharge€0.08 per row: rows without a phone are neither delivered nor charged.

Measured example. Solar installers in Padua: 29 found in one run on 4 October 2026. That is under the 150-row minimum order: you set 150 rows as the cap and pay only for the rows delivered, here about €2 + VAT.

Prices exclude VAT (Italian VAT 22%). Minimum order 150 rows. When you order you set the most rows you want: you pay only for the rows delivered.

You pay from your account balance, which is in US dollars: in the dashboard the price per row and the spend cap are shown in dollars. The balance is topped up by card or PayPal, with 22% VAT on the top-up.

30-day guarantee

For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.

Would you rather build it yourself? Self-service API: from $0.01 per lead, local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged.

Who buys a list of solar installers in Italy

Not someone who wants panels on the roof: companies that sell to installers and need the base the crews leave from.

Module, inverter and battery distributors

Wholesalers and component makers: they sell province by province, with the direct phone of the purchasing office.

Mounting structures and components

Brackets, cables, switchboards and fixing systems: the installers with a website are the ones ready for a catalogue.

Finance, leasing and insurance

Loans for end customers, system leasing, policies on systems and sites: the companies marked as closed on the map come out of the list.

Design and quoting software

Sizing, yield simulation and quotes: offered to independent installers, who choose their own tools.

Training and certification

Courses for installers and technical refreshers: the list is built province by province.

Energy suppliers and energy communities

Whoever works on energy contracts, self-consumption and energy communities looks for partners who install locally: address and category make the first filter.

How many solar installers are there in the list, and is it the GSE map?

It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Padua: 29 installers in a single run on 4 October 2026, after removing 17 listings of other categories. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. It is not the GSE Mappa dei Realizzatori: that lists who joined its register, while our file gives sellers the address, phone, website and email.

Are electricians who fit solar panels included?

The list counts listings whose category names photovoltaics or solar energy. General electricians, heating and plumbing firms and electrical wholesalers stay out, even though some of them fit systems, because their listing does not declare photovoltaics: the category column lets us add them on request if you need them.

How up to date is the data?

It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. The map status shows, row by row, who is marked as temporarily or permanently closed.

How many installers in the list have an email?

The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the company website, so coverage depends on how many have a website. In Padua all 29 installers (100%) had a website to visit and a published phone number. In the free sample you see how many rows have an email before you pay.

Is it legal to contact these solar installers?

They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves; for B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest (recital 47). Commercial emails and SMS sent through automated systems need the recipient's prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except the soft-spam case of existing customers for similar products. Operator calls are allowed to numbers not listed in Italy's do-not-call register, the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni. With the file you become an independent controller.

Can I get a list of solar installers for one province or a few municipalities?

Yes: you order one whole province, or pick up to 60 municipalities of the same province. It costs €0.08 per row + VAT, with a minimum order of 150 rows, and you pay only for the rows delivered.

API or finished file: which is better?

The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.

What guarantee is there on quality?

For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.

Can I import the list into my CRM?

Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website), so the list of solar installers loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.
