Pizzerias in Italy with phone numbers and addresses
Pizzerias in Italy email list: pizzerias with phone, email, website and the address of the venue, for the city or province you name. We extract it on request from Google Maps and the Italian national directories, then read the emails on each pizzeria's website. In Naples one run found at least 214. With a free account you get 20 sample rows; one province costs €0.08 per row + VAT.

What this list of pizzerias in Italy is
It is the list of pizzerias in an Italian area — sit-down, takeaway, fried pizza — with the name of the venue, address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is extracted when you order it: the collection date is the delivery date.
With pizzerias the phone counts more than the email. In Naples 207 pizzerias out of 214 had a published number, while a website was there in 145 cases. And the «website» is not always the pizzeria's own: in the 10 rows below one points to a domain that does not carry the venue's name. Emails read on a site like that are not the pizzeria's, and in the free sample you spot them before you pay.
Many pizzerias are independent venues, where whoever answers the phone is often also the person who decides what to buy: that is why the address of the venue and the direct number are worth more than a registered office. The count refers to Naples: at least 214 pizzerias. The search returned 238 listings; 24 belonged to other categories (restaurants, Italian and Neapolitan restaurants) and we removed them. Every row in the file carries its category, and restaurants have their own list.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and website appear only on the rows of businesses that publish them.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business | text | The name the business shows on its public listing. |
| Category | text | The category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out. |
| Address, postcode, comune and province | text | The operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area. |
| Phone and Phone 2 | text | The published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Email and email type | text | The email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one. |
| Website | URL | The business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not. |
| Operating address check | yes / no | Yes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address. |
| Status on the map | text | Hours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Directory and map listing | URL | The two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check. |
| Checked on | date | The day we read the sources for that row. |
| Row ID | text | A stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders. |

What we check on every row
Collecting a value is not checking it: this is what we do, row by row, before the file reaches you.
The sector from the listing, not the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing; listings of other categories stay out.
Operating address confirmed
The column says «yes» when the map listing and the national directory listing give the same address; otherwise it says which of the two sources gives it.
No duplicates, not even across orders
Listings of the same business become one row, and a business you already received in an earlier order does not reach you again.
The contacts you already have stay out
If you upload a file of your contacts to the dashboard (emails, phones, websites or VAT numbers), those businesses stay out of the list and are not charged.
Date read on every row
The «Checked on» column is the day we read the sources of that row; «Directory listing» and «Map listing» link to the pages it comes from.
Emails read on the website, with their type
The email is the one the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). We deliver only emails whose domain has a mail server (MX check): the others stay empty and are not charged as rows with an email.
Phones in international format
Every number is written as +39 followed by the number, with a second phone when the business publishes two.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Pricing
What it costs
You pay for the rows you receive: one whole province, or up to 60 municipalities of the same province, as CSV or XLSX. First you download 20 real rows for free.
Measured example. Pizzerias in Naples: at least 214 found in one run on 1 October 2026 → from about €17 + VAT.
Prices exclude VAT (Italian VAT 22%). Minimum order 150 rows. When you order you set the most rows you want: you pay only for the rows delivered.
You pay from your account balance, which is in US dollars: in the dashboard the price per row and the spend cap are shown in dollars. The balance is topped up by card or PayPal, with 22% VAT on the top-up.
30-day guarantee
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
Would you rather build it yourself? Self-service API: from $0.01 per lead, local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged.
Who buys a pizzeria contact list for Italy
Not hungry customers: the companies that sell to pizzerias and need the address of the oven and a number that answers.
Mills and flour distributors
Flour is a pizzeria's most recurrent purchase: distributors work by area and often start from the venues with the most reviews, which usually do the most work.
Oven makers and dealers
Wood-fired, gas or electric ovens: a rare and important purchase, to be offered with the owner's direct number and the venue's address for the site visit.
Takeaway packaging
Boxes, bags and containers: a continuous purchase, sold best neighbourhood by neighbourhood with the venue's phone.
Dairy, tomato and cured meats
Fior di latte and mozzarella do not keep long: distributors run delivery rounds in a tight radius and need the venue, not the registered office.
Online ordering and home delivery
In Naples 69 pizzerias out of 214 had no website: they are the first to offer an online ordering system or a delivery platform.
Schools and courses for pizza makers
Refresher courses, certifications and staff recruitment: the list by province, without the venues marked as closed on the map, tells you whom to offer them to.
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: name of the venue, address, published number, website and the emails the pizzeria publishes on its own website. No customer or consumer data, no private contacts, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. Many pizzerias are sole traders: for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, write the question in the form above: a person replies.
Ask us a question →How many pizzerias does Italy have?
We have not counted a national total, so we do not publish one. The only number we measured is Naples: at least 214 pizzerias in a single run on 1 October 2026. When you order you set the most rows you want and pay only for the rows delivered.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. The map status shows, row by row, who is marked as temporarily or permanently closed.
How many pizzerias have an email?
We read the emails on the venue's website, so they appear on the rows of the pizzerias that have a website and publish an address there. For this sector the most direct contact is the phone, present in Naples in 207 rows out of 214. In the free sample you see how many rows have an email before you pay.
Is it legal to contact pizzerias with a sales offer?
They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves; for B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest (recital 47). Commercial emails and SMS sent through automated systems need the recipient's prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except the soft-spam case of existing customers for similar products. Operator calls are allowed to numbers not listed in Italy's do-not-call register, the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni. With the file you become an independent controller.
Is there a free pizzerias in Italy email list?
Yes, to start with: 20 rows with every column are free with a free account, no card. They come from Naples, the example city of this page, so you see the real columns and the email coverage before you pay. The list of one province costs €0.08 per row + VAT.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV or XLSX, with the source and the date we read it on every row. You download the 20-row sample after creating the free account: at once if it is ready, otherwise after a few minutes. The list you order is built from the sources at that moment: a province usually takes about ten minutes and the file stays in «My lists».
Can I get a list of pizzerias in Naples, Rome or another city only?
Yes: you order one whole province, or pick up to 60 municipalities of the same province. It costs €0.08 per row + VAT, with a minimum order of 150 rows, and you pay only for the rows delivered.
Are pizzerias included in the restaurants list or sold separately?
Separately. In the pizzeria list we keep only the listings whose category is pizzeria: in Naples the search returned 238 listings and we removed the 24 restaurants among them. Restaurants have their own list; if you sell to both, ask for both categories and they arrive in the same file, with the category column to tell them apart.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
Can I import the list into my CRM?
Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field, so it loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo or monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. Each pizzeria becomes a contact with phone and address in separate columns, ready to plan calls and visit rounds. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.
