Landscapers in Italy with phone numbers and addresses

A list of landscapers in Italy, meaning gardeners, landscape designers and grounds-maintenance firms, with phone, website, the emails published on that website and the operating address the crews start from, for whoever sells machinery, plants and services to the people who look after gardens. In Rome one run returned 140 of them. With a free account you get 20 sample rows; one province costs €0.08 per row + VAT.

20 free rows · the source written on every row · extracted when you order it, not an archive file

Example from the collector that pulls contacts from Google Maps, searching for plumbers in Manchester, UK: on the left the keyword and location sent and the API cost per lead, in the middle the Maps listing and website it reads, on the right one result row with a masked business name, its Google category and its rating.
From the two sources to the delivered file: deduplication on name and street, enrichment from the firm’s website, and the source kept on every row.

What this list of Italian landscapers is

It is the list of the green-space businesses in an Italian area (gardeners, landscape designers, landscape architects and tree-pruning services), with business name, operating address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.

Searches for gardeners in Italy mostly return quote portals for homeowners: they help someone who needs a hedge trimmed. This file is for something else: for whoever sells to landscapers (machinery, irrigation, wholesale plants, software) and for whoever needs grounds maintenance for buildings and companies. Many gardeners work without premises open to the public: in the Rome sample 6 rows out of 10 have a mobile as their main number.

The numbers on this page are for Rome (Roma): the «giardiniere» search of 4 October 2026 exhausted the map results for the city and returned 167 listings; 27 belonged to other categories (10 plant nurseries, then garden shops, pest control, cleaning firms and offices) and we took them out, because that is what the category column in the file is for. That leaves 140: 131 gardeners, 7 landscape designers, one landscape architect and one tree-pruning service.

The fields you get on every row

These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and website appear only on the rows of businesses that publish them.

FieldTypeWhat it contains
BusinesstextThe name the business shows on its public listing.
CategorytextThe category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out.
Address, postcode, comune and provincetextThe operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area.
Phone and Phone 2textThe published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni).
Email and email typetextThe email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one.
WebsiteURLThe business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not.
Operating address checkyes / noYes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address.
Status on the maptextHours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it.
Rating and number of reviewsnumberThe average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume.
Directory and map listingURLThe two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check.
Checked ondateThe day we read the sources for that row.
Row IDtextA stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders.

What we check on every row

Collecting a value is not checking it: this is what we do, row by row, before the file reaches you.

The sector from the listing, not the ATECO code

A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing; listings of other categories stay out.

Operating address confirmed

The column says «yes» when the map listing and the national directory listing give the same address; otherwise it says which of the two sources gives it.

No duplicates, not even across orders

Listings of the same business become one row, and a business you already received in an earlier order does not reach you again.

The contacts you already have stay out

If you upload a file of your contacts to the dashboard (emails, phones, websites or VAT numbers), those businesses stay out of the list and are not charged.

Date read on every row

The «Checked on» column is the day we read the sources of that row; «Directory listing» and «Map listing» link to the pages it comes from.

Emails read on the website, with their type

The email is the one the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). We deliver only emails whose domain has a mail server (MX check): the others stay empty and are not charged as rows with an email.

Phones in international format

Every number is written as +39 followed by the number, with a second phone when the business publishes two.

Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Several provinces, a sector you do not see or a particular need: write to us. The free sample instead is downloaded from the dashboard, with the button above.

Fields required in the business list

A person on the team replies by email. It is a request, not an order: you pay nothing here.

Export compatible with

CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website) that you map in the contact import of your CRM. Through the API the rows reach your systems without a file.

Example API call to the collector that pulls contacts from Google Maps: on the left the POST request with plumber and Manchester, UK as parameters, in the middle the table of leads delivered, on the right what the run costs, counted only on the leads delivered.

Pricing

What it costs

You pay for the rows you receive: one whole province, or up to 60 municipalities of the same province, as CSV or XLSX. First you download 20 real rows for free.

Every row€0.08 per rowEvery business of the sector in the province or in the municipalities you pick. The email is there when the business publishes it on its website.
Rows with an email only€0.12 per rowOnly the rows with an email arrive: the others are neither delivered nor charged.
Rows with a website only+€0.02 per rowRows without a website are neither delivered nor charged.
Rows with a phone onlyno surcharge€0.08 per row: rows without a phone are neither delivered nor charged.

Measured example. Landscapers in Rome: 140 found in one run on 4 October 2026. That is under the 150-row minimum order: you set 150 rows as the cap and pay only for the rows delivered, here about €11 + VAT.

Prices exclude VAT (Italian VAT 22%). Minimum order 150 rows. When you order you set the most rows you want: you pay only for the rows delivered.

You pay from your account balance, which is in US dollars: in the dashboard the price per row and the spend cap are shown in dollars. The balance is topped up by card or PayPal, with 22% VAT on the top-up.

30-day guarantee

For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.

Would you rather build it yourself? Self-service API: from $0.01 per lead, local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged.

Who buys a list of landscapers in Italy

Not someone with a lawn to mow: companies that sell to landscaping firms, or look for them to hand over grounds maintenance.

Garden machinery and equipment

Professional mowers, brush cutters, robots and blowers: dealers sell area by area, starting from the gardeners closest to the shop.

Irrigation and outdoor lighting

Systems, controllers and components: the landscape designers with a website are the ones who design and install.

Wholesale plants, soil and fertiliser

Nurseries and distributors sell to whoever builds gardens: what counts is the yard and the direct phone, not the registered office.

Plant hire and wood chippers

Aerial platforms, mini diggers and shredders: the list is built province by province and cleared of the firms marked as closed on the map.

Software for quotes and crews

Job scheduling, quotes and invoicing: a product for firms that run several maintenance contracts.

Buildings, companies and property managers

Whoever needs grounds maintenance looks for firms nearby: address and category make the first filter.

How many landscapers are there in Italy?

It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Rome: 140 gardeners and landscapers in a single run on 4 October 2026, which exhausted the map results for the city, after removing other categories. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. When you order you set the most rows you want and pay only for the rows delivered.

Does the list include landscape architects and plant nurseries?

Landscape designers yes: in Rome there were 7, plus one landscape architect and one tree-pruning service, next to 131 gardeners. Plant nurseries no: the same search brought in 10 and we removed them from the count, together with garden shops and pest-control firms. On request we add them, kept apart in the category column.

How up to date is the data?

It is current to the day of extraction: the list is generated when you order it, not pulled from an archive. In landscaping many firms are seasonal or one-person businesses, and they open and close more often than in other trades. The map status shows, row by row, who is marked as temporarily or permanently closed.

How many Italian landscapers in the list have an email?

The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the firm’s website, so coverage depends on how many have one. In the Rome sample 97 gardeners out of 140 (69%) had a website to visit and 133 of 140 a published phone. In the free sample you see how many rows have an email before you pay.

Is it legal to contact these landscapers?

They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves; for B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest (recital 47). Commercial emails and SMS sent through automated systems need the recipient's prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except the soft-spam case of existing customers for similar products. Operator calls are allowed to numbers not listed in Italy's do-not-call register, the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni. With the file you become an independent controller.

Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?

CSV or XLSX, with the source and the date we read it on every row. You download the 20-row sample after creating the free account: at once if it is ready, otherwise after a few minutes. The list you order is built from the sources at that moment: a province usually takes about ten minutes and the file stays in «My lists». With one column per field the file loads into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM, or opens in Excel.

Can I get a contact list of landscapers by province?

Yes: you order one whole province, or pick up to 60 municipalities of the same province. It costs €0.08 per row + VAT, with a minimum order of 150 rows, and you pay only for the rows delivered.

API or finished file: which is better?

The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.

What guarantee is there on quality?

For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
