Auto body shops in Italy with phone numbers and addresses
A list of auto body shops in Italy (carrozzerie), collision repair and car paint shops, with phone, website, email and the address of the workshop. It is not an insurer’s list of approved repairers: it is the file for whoever sells to body shops. In Turin one run on 4 October 2026 returned at least 187 of them. With a free account you get 20 sample rows; one province costs €0.08 per row + VAT.

What this list of Italian body shops is
It is the list of the auto body shops in an Italian area (carrozzerie, panel beaters and car paint shops), with business name, workshop address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
Whoever looks for a list of body shops in Italy mostly lands on the approved repairer networks of insurance companies (carrozzerie convenzionate), where a driver takes the car after an accident. They are for whoever needs a repair. Our file is for whoever sells to body shops and needs all of them in an area, approved or not, with phone, website and email; it does not say which network a workshop belongs to. Under Italian law body repair is one of the three sections of vehicle repair, next to mechatronics and tyre fitting.
The numbers on this page are for Turin: the «carrozzeria» search of 4 October 2026 returned 211 listings; 24 belonged to other categories (mostly mechanical garages, then car washes, car wrapping and auto glass) and we took them out, because that is exactly what the category column in the file is for. That leaves 187 body shops.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and website appear only on the rows of businesses that publish them.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business | text | The name the business shows on its public listing. |
| Category | text | The category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out. |
| Address, postcode, comune and province | text | The operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area. |
| Phone and Phone 2 | text | The published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Email and email type | text | The email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one. |
| Website | URL | The business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not. |
| Operating address check | yes / no | Yes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address. |
| Status on the map | text | Hours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Directory and map listing | URL | The two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check. |
| Checked on | date | The day we read the sources for that row. |
| Row ID | text | A stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders. |

What we check on every row
Collecting a value is not checking it: this is what we do, row by row, before the file reaches you.
The sector from the listing, not the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing; listings of other categories stay out.
Operating address confirmed
The column says «yes» when the map listing and the national directory listing give the same address; otherwise it says which of the two sources gives it.
No duplicates, not even across orders
Listings of the same business become one row, and a business you already received in an earlier order does not reach you again.
The contacts you already have stay out
If you upload a file of your contacts to the dashboard (emails, phones, websites or VAT numbers), those businesses stay out of the list and are not charged.
Date read on every row
The «Checked on» column is the day we read the sources of that row; «Directory listing» and «Map listing» link to the pages it comes from.
Emails read on the website, with their type
The email is the one the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). We deliver only emails whose domain has a mail server (MX check): the others stay empty and are not charged as rows with an email.
Phones in international format
Every number is written as +39 followed by the number, with a second phone when the business publishes two.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Pricing
What it costs
You pay for the rows you receive: one whole province, or up to 60 municipalities of the same province, as CSV or XLSX. First you download 20 real rows for free.
Measured example. Auto body shops in Turin: at least 187 found in one run on 4 October 2026 → from about €15 + VAT.
Prices exclude VAT (Italian VAT 22%). Minimum order 150 rows. When you order you set the most rows you want: you pay only for the rows delivered.
You pay from your account balance, which is in US dollars: in the dashboard the price per row and the spend cap are shown in dollars. The balance is topped up by card or PayPal, with 22% VAT on the top-up.
30-day guarantee
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
Would you rather build it yourself? Self-service API: from $0.01 per lead, local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged.
Who buys a list of auto body shops in Italy
Not someone with a dent to fix: companies that sell to body shops and need the workshop address. No data on their customers ever enters the file.
Paint and body shop consumables
Distributors of paint, filler, abrasives and consumables: repeat supplies, where the workshop address and a phone that answers are what count.
Body parts and auto glass
Bumpers, lights, panels and glass: sold territory by territory, starting from the body shops nearest to the warehouse.
Equipment and paint booths
Frame benches, paint booths, dent repair tools: the website, when there is one, shows how well equipped the workshop is.
Estimating and claims software
Software for estimates, damage photos and insurance paperwork: the body shops with a website are the ones already ready for a demo.
Repair networks and fleet managers
Whoever builds an approved network or has to repair the vehicles of a fleet needs the whole city, approved shops and the rest.
Waste disposal and environmental services
Collection of solvents, filters and packaging: the list is built province by province and cleared of the workshops marked as closed on the map.
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, workshop address, published number, website and the emails the body shop publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no customer or claims data, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. Many body shops are sole traders: for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case. Italian Law no. 122 of 5 February 1992 splits vehicle repair into mechatronics, body repair and tyre fitting: our file does not check a company’s qualification.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.

Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, write the question in the form above: a person replies.
Ask us a question →How many auto body shops are there in Italy?
It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Turin: at least 187 body shops in a single run on 4 October 2026, after removing other categories. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. When you order you set the most rows you want and pay only for the rows delivered.
Is this an insurer’s list of approved body shops?
No. Lists of approved body shops (carrozzerie convenzionate) are published by insurance companies for their own policyholders, and each has its own network. Our file covers every body shop in the area, approved or not, and does not say which network it belongs to. It is for whoever sells to body shops: paint, parts, equipment, software. Mechanical garages and tyre shops stay out of the count.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. Body shops open, close and change hands: the map status shows, row by row, who is marked as temporarily or permanently closed.
How many Italian body shops in the list have an email?
The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the body shop website, so coverage depends on how many have one. In the Turin sample, 120 body shops out of 187 (64%) had a website to visit; for the others you get phone and address, and the phone was there on 182 rows. In the free sample you see how many rows have an email before you pay.
Is it legal to contact these body shops?
They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves; for B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest (recital 47). Commercial emails and SMS sent through automated systems need the recipient's prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except the soft-spam case of existing customers for similar products. Operator calls are allowed to numbers not listed in Italy's do-not-call register, the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni. With the file you become an independent controller.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV or XLSX, with the source and the date we read it on every row. You download the 20-row sample after creating the free account: at once if it is ready, otherwise after a few minutes. The list you order is built from the sources at that moment: a province usually takes about ten minutes and the file stays in «My lists».
Can I get a contact list of Italian body shops by province?
Yes: you order one whole province, or pick up to 60 municipalities of the same province. It costs €0.08 per row + VAT, with a minimum order of 150 rows, and you pay only for the rows delivered.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
