List of accounting firms in Italy with emails: at least 182 found in Milan in one run — any province on request
A list of accounting firms in Italy with email, phone, website and address, for companies that sell to them. It is not the professional register of the Ordine: it is built on request. In Milan one run returned at least 182 firms, 84% with a website (152 of 182). Get 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API, or from €290 per province.

What this list of accounting firms in Italy is
It is the list of accounting firms in an Italian area — commercialisti, the Italian chartered accountants, as sole practitioners, associated firms and professional partnerships — with firm name, address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
People who search for a list of commercialisti with a city name mostly find the register of the Ordine dei dottori commercialisti e degli esperti contabili, the professional body of Italian chartered accountants, which can be searched online: the national council runs a public search of members, fed by the local Ordini. It is the right tool to check that a professional is registered. Our file is for companies that sell to accounting firms — software, training, insurance, services — and need the operating address, phone, website and email. It does not replace the register and does not say whether a professional is registered.
The numbers on this page are for Milan (Milano): the search «commercialista» on 1 October 2026 returned 218 listings; 36 belonged to other categories (tax advice, law firms, bookkeeping services, financial and business consultants, notaries) and we removed them, because that is what the category column in the file is for. At least 182 firms are left: the run stopped before covering the whole city.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. The enrichment fields (email, social profiles, website status) are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Firm name | text | The name the firm uses with the public: a sole practice under the professional's name, an associated firm or a professional partnership. |
| Category | text | The category declared on the listing: «Commercialista abilitato all’esercizio della professione», «Commercialista», «Dottore commercialista». Listings of tax consultants, law firms and notaries stay out of the count. |
| Address | text | Street and number of the firm's operating address, the office where clients are received. |
| City, province and postcode | text | Three separate columns in the file, so you can split the list by sales territory without reworking it. |
| Phone | text | The number published on the listing, normalised to international format; mobiles stay separate from landlines. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Website | URL | The firm's domain. When the column is empty, the firm has no website: for some sellers that is already a signal. |
| Email found on the website | text | The emails published on the firm website, read from the site itself during enrichment. More than one when there are several. |
| Social profiles | URL | LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram linked from the firm website: for professionals LinkedIn is often the second channel after the phone. |
| Rating | number | The average star rating on the listing, where there is one. |
| Number of reviews | number | How many reviews it has collected: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Date of last review | date | When someone last wrote a review: the most honest signal that the firm is still trading. |
| Active | yes / doubtful / no | Flag computed from the date of the last review and the website status. «Doubtful» means to be checked, not to be thrown away. |
| Operating address confirmed | yes / no | It is yes when the map and the national directory show the same address. It is the field that keeps your letter from landing at an old address or at the professional's home. |
| Source per row | text | Google Maps, national directory or both: every row says where it comes from. On request we add the VAT number where the register shows it, checked on VIES. |
How we build the list
Five choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.
The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.
The operating address, not only the registered office
The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.
Source and date for every field
Next to phone, website and email you see where the value came from and the day we read it.
Measured coverage
Every list says how many rows really have a phone, a website or an email, counted and not estimated. On this page, in Milan: phone 97% (177 of 182), website 84% (152 of 182). Email coverage is measured in the sample from your area.
Every month, only the changes
With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.
How the list is built
From the map to the file, step by step
Five steps, always the same. They are the same public collectors you find in the API: if you prefer, you can run them yourself.
1. Extraction from the map
The google_maps_places collector sweeps the area you name and collects every commercialista listing: name, category, address, phone, website, rating and reviews. In large cities the area is split into zones, because the firms are many and concentrated in the centre.
2. National directories for the sole practitioners
The business_directory collector goes over the same area on the Italian national directories (Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche). There is a precise reason: large firms and networks are everywhere, many sole practitioners appear only there. The two sources complete each other, they do not replace each other.
3. Deduplication on name and street
We normalise firm name and address (abbreviations, punctuation, company forms) and merge the listings that describe the same firm. One row is left, but the «source» column keeps track of where it appeared.
4. Enrichment from the website
The local_business_leads collector visits the website of each firm and extracts the published emails, other phone numbers, social profiles and the website status. The emails do not come from a purchased archive: they come from the firm's own website, and we know from which page.
5. «Active» flag and delivery
From the date of the last review and the website status we derive the active / doubtful / no flag, then export to CSV or XLSX with the source on every row. On request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before we send you the file.

10 rows out of 182 extracted in Milan (Milano) with the search «commercialista», taken only from the commercialista categories; phones and emails are masked on this page. The run stopped before covering the whole city, so there are at least 182 firms. Measured on 2026-10-01 in a single run on the map; the counts refer to the city named, not to the whole of Italy.

Pricing
What it costs
Two ways. The self-service API if you want to rebuild the list yourself whenever you need it, the finished file if you only want to open the CSV and start. Prices are always «from»: they depend on how many businesses come out of the area you name.
local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not chargedThe API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.
Who buys a list of accounting firms in Italy
Companies that sell to accounting firms and need the firm's contact details, not proof of registration with the Ordine.
Practice software for accountants
Bookkeeping, tax returns, e-invoicing and digital archiving: the firms with a website are the first to offer a demo to.
Continuing professional education
Accredited courses, conferences and technical publishing: the list is built province by province, the same scale as the local Ordini.
Insurers and brokers
Professional indemnity and cover for the firm: you need the firm's contact, not the personal one.
Payroll and outsourcing
Those who offer outsourced services to the smaller firms: category and firm name tell you whether it is a sole practice or an associated firm.
Subsidised finance, credit and factoring
Those looking for firms that refer clients: accountants who are active and reachable by phone, area by area.
IT, cybersecurity and privacy
Backup, email, archiving of client documents: accounting firms are small businesses with sensitive data to protect.
A bought list versus a list built on request
The six differences buyers tell us about after trying an archive file.
| Bought list | This list | |
|---|---|---|
| Freshness | A static file: usually it does not say when it was collected. | Extracted the day you order it; on request it comes back every month with the changes only. |
| Source per row | One big pool, with no way to know where each contact comes from. | Every row states the source: map, national directory or both. |
| Address | Often an old address or the professional's home. | The firm's operating address, with the «confirmed» flag when the two sources agree. |
| Origin of the emails | Origin not declared, often inherited from other lists. | Emails read on the firm website, with the page they come from. |
| Closed businesses | No signal: you find out by calling. | Active / doubtful / no flag and date of the last review on every row. |
| Pricing model | A package to buy whole, often national. | 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province. |
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains professional contacts only: firm name, office address, published number, website and the emails the firm publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For contact between professionals and businesses the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. Sole practices carry the professional's name: we flag them in a separate column, because for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case. The register of the Ordine, searchable through the public search of members, remains the official source to check a registration: our file is for those who sell to accounting firms and does not replace it.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent or for one-to-one contacts. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you. Before any calling campaign the numbers must be screened against the do-not-call register; on request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before delivery.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest · VIES — VAT number check, European Commission
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.
Ask for your sample →How many accounting firms are there in Italy? Is this the register?
We have not counted a national total, so we do not publish one. The only number we measured is Milan: at least 182 firms in a single run on 1 October 2026, which stopped before covering the whole city. It is not the register of the Ordine: the register says who is enrolled and is searched through the public search of members, our file gives sellers the firm's address, phone, website and email.
What is a commercialista, and is it the same as an accountant?
A commercialista is the Italian professional enrolled with the Ordine dei dottori commercialisti e degli esperti contabili, the body of chartered accountants: the closest English term is chartered accountant. Italian businesses use them for bookkeeping, tax returns and advice. In the file the category column keeps the listings declared as commercialista and leaves out tax consultants, law firms and notaries.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. Firms move office, merge and form associations: the date of the last review and the website status tell you, row by row, who is still at that address. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.
Can I get chartered accountants' email addresses in Italy?
The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the firm website, so coverage depends on how many firms have one. In the Milan sample, 152 firms out of 182 (84%) had a website to visit. Not every website publishes an email: in the free sample you see the real percentage for your area before you pay.
Does the list include small firms, or only the top accounting firms?
All of them, from sole practitioners to associated firms and professional partnerships: it is everything the map and the national directories show in the area, not a ranking. Many sole practitioners appear only on Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche, which is why we use both sources. The firm name and the category tell you whether a row is a one-person practice or an associated firm.
Is it legal to contact these accounting firms?
They are professional contacts published by the firms themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47, and sole practices are flagged separately. When you receive the file you become an independent controller and, before calling, you must screen the numbers against Italy's do-not-call register. Automated email needs prior consent in Italy.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the emails and social profiles.
Can I buy just one province or one city?
Yes, and it is the most requested cut: one province starts at €290. You can also name a radius in kilometres, a list of municipalities or the districts of a large city such as Milan. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if a field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers, because a phone that is switched off cannot be verified. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought (with «phone only», the phone) and the period to report a row is stated in the order.
Can I import the list into my CRM?
Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website), so the list of accounting firms loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.
Want to see 20 accounting firms from your area?
Tell us the city or the province: we send you 20 complete rows within one business day, with no account and no card.
