Trucking companies in Italy with emails: 121 haulage firms found in Verona in one run — any province on request
A list of trucking companies in Italy with phone, website, email and the operating address, meaning the depot. It is not the Albo, the national register of hauliers: it is the file for whoever sells to transport companies. In Verona one run returned 121 companies. What this list of Italian haulage companies is
It is the list of the road haulage companies in an Italian area (freight trucking, transport services and goods shipping services), with business name, depot address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
Whoever looks for a list of trucking companies in Italy mostly lands on the Albo nazionale degli autotrasportatori, the national register of hauliers, whose portal has a public search of the companies registered to carry goods for third parties: it is the right tool to check a registration or a carrier. Our file is for something else: for whoever sells to transport companies and needs the operating address, phone, website and email. It does not replace the Albo and does not say whether a company is registered.
The numbers on this page are for Verona: the «autotrasporti» search of 1 October 2026 exhausted the map results for the city and returned 183 listings; 62 belonged to other categories (shipping services, logistics, removals, offices) and we took them out, because that is exactly what the category column in the file is for. That leaves 121 companies, including some in neighbouring municipalities such as San Giovanni Lupatoto, many of them in the south of the city around the Quadrante Europa freight village. The figure to look at: 51 of 121 (42%) had no website, so for them you get phone and address.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. The enrichment fields (email, social profiles, website status) are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business name | text | The name the business uses with the public, cleaned of duplicates and department labels. |
| Category | text | The category declared on the listing: «Trucking company», «Transport services», «Freight shipping service». Listings for logistics, removals and generic shipping stay out of the count; on request we add them. |
| Address | text | Street and number of the operating address, meaning the depot or yard where the trucks are kept, often close to a freight village. |
| City, province and postcode | text | Three separate columns in the file, so you can split the list by sales territory without reworking it. |
| Phone | text | The number published on the listing, normalised to international format; mobiles stay separate from landlines. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Website | URL | The business domain. When the column is empty, the business has no website: for some sellers that is already a signal. |
| Email found on the website | text | The emails published on the business website, read from the site itself during enrichment. More than one when there are several. |
| Social profiles | URL | Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn linked from the website: useful when the phone does not answer. |
| Coordinates | lat / long | Latitude and longitude of the listing: they let you sort the depots by distance from a freight village, a motorway exit or one of your own sites. |
| Number of reviews | number | How many reviews it has collected: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Date of last review | date | When someone last wrote a review: the most honest signal that the business is still trading. |
| Active | yes / doubtful / no | Flag computed from the date of the last review and the website status. «Doubtful» means to be checked, not to be thrown away. |
| Operating address confirmed | yes / no | It is yes when the map and the national directory show the same address. It is the field that keeps your letter from landing at the accountant's office. |
| Source per row | text | Google Maps, national directory or both: every row says where it comes from. On request we add the VAT number where the register shows it, checked on VIES. |
How we build the list
Five choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.
The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.
The operating address, not only the registered office
The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.
Source and date for every field
Next to phone, website and email you see where the value came from and the day we read it.
Measured coverage
Every list says how many rows really have a phone, a website or an email, counted and not estimated. On this page, in Verona: phone 84% (102 of 121), website 58% (70 of 121). Email coverage is measured in the sample from your area.
Every month, only the changes
With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.
How the list is built
From the map to the file, step by step
Five steps, always the same. They are the same public collectors you find in the API: if you prefer, you can run them yourself.
1. Extraction from the map
The google_maps_places collector sweeps the area you name with the searches of the sector (road haulage, freight transport) and collects name, category, address, coordinates, phone, website, rating and reviews. It also covers the small owner-drivers who have a listing on the map.
2. National directories for the independents
The business_directory collector goes over the same area on the Italian national directories (Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche). There is a precise reason: the big logistics groups are everywhere, small companies with a few trucks often appear only there. The two sources complete each other, they do not replace each other.
3. Deduplication on name and street
We normalise business name and address (abbreviations, punctuation, company forms) and merge the listings that describe the same business. One row is left, but the «source» column keeps track of where it appeared.
4. Enrichment from the website
The local_business_leads collector visits the website of each business and extracts the published emails, other phone numbers, social profiles and the website status. The emails do not come from a purchased archive: they come from the business's own website, and we know from which page.
5. «Active» flag and delivery
From the date of the last review and the website status we derive the active / doubtful / no flag, then export to CSV or XLSX with the source on every row. On request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before we send you the file.

10 rows out of 121 extracted in Verona with the «autotrasporti» search, taken only from the transport categories; phones and emails are masked on this page. The run exhausted the map results for the city. Measured on 2026-10-01 in a single map extraction; the counts refer to the city named, not to the whole of Italy.

Pricing
What it costs
Two ways. The self-service API if you want to rebuild the list yourself whenever you need it, the finished file if you only want to open the CSV and start. Prices are always «from»: they depend on how many businesses come out of the area you name.
local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not chargedThe API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.
Who buys a list of trucking companies in Italy
Not someone sending a parcel: companies that sell to hauliers and need the depot where the trucks are.
Fuel and fuel cards
Fuel station networks and fleet cards: they sell corridor by corridor along the motorways, starting from the nearest depots.
Tyres and workshops for heavy vehicles
Tyres, maintenance and roadside assistance: what counts is the address of the yard and the direct phone, not the registered office.
Telematics, tachographs and fleet management
Tracking, tachograph data download and transport software: the companies with a website are the ones already ready for a demo.
Fleet insurance and brokers
Policies for vehicles and goods in transit: the list is built province by province and filtered on the companies still trading.
Commercial vehicle rental and leasing
Tractor units, trailers and vans: offered to the companies with a depot in the area, and the category tells you who actually does road haulage.
Shippers and forwarders looking for carriers
Whoever has a route to cover looks for hauliers near the loading point: coordinates and category make the first filter.
A bought list versus a list built on request
The six differences buyers tell us about after trying an archive file.
| Bought list | This list | |
|---|---|---|
| Freshness | A static file: usually it does not say when it was collected. | Extracted the day you order it; on request it comes back every month with the changes only. |
| Source per row | One big pool, with no way to know where each contact comes from. | Every row states the source: map, national directory or both. |
| Address | Often the registered office: the call lands in an office far from the trucks. | The operating address of the depot, with the «confirmed» flag when the two sources agree. |
| Origin of the emails | Origin not declared, often inherited from other lists. | Emails read on the company website, with the page they come from. |
| Closed businesses | No signal: you find out by calling. | Active / doubtful / no flag and date of the last review on every row. |
| Pricing model | A package to buy whole, often national. | 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province. |
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, operating address, published number, website and the emails the company publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no driver data, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. Many small hauliers are sole traders: we flag them in a separate column, because for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case. The Albo nazionale degli autotrasportatori, with the public search of registered companies on its portal, remains the official source to check a company's registration: our file does not replace it.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent or for one-to-one contacts. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you. Before any calling campaign the numbers must be screened against the do-not-call register; on request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before delivery.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest · VIES — VAT number check, European Commission
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.
Ask for your sample →How many trucking companies are there in Italy, and is this the Albo list?
It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Verona: 121 trucking companies in a single run on 1 October 2026, after removing other categories. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. It is not the Albo list: the Albo says who is registered and is checked through the public search on its portal, while our file gives sellers the operating address, phone, website and email. Before you order we tell you how many rows come out of your province.
What is the difference between an autotrasportatore and a logistics company in Italy?
An autotrasportatore is a road haulage company: it moves goods by truck, and when it carries for third parties it must be registered in the Albo. Logistics firms, freight forwarders and removal companies show up in the same map searches, but they are other businesses: in Verona 62 of the 183 listings were of that kind, and we left them out of the 121. The category column lets you add them back on request.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. In road haulage companies open, close and merge often: the date of the last review and the website status tell you, row by row, who is still operating. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.
How many Italian haulage companies in the list have an email?
The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the company website, so coverage depends on how many have a website. In the Verona sample, 70 companies out of 121 (58%) had a website to visit; for the others you get phone and address. In the free sample you see the real percentage for your area before you pay.
Is it legal to contact these trucking companies?
They are business contacts published by the companies themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47, and sole traders are flagged separately. When you receive the file you become an independent controller and, before calling, you must screen the numbers against Italy's do-not-call register. Automated email needs prior consent in Italy.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the emails and social profiles.
Can I get a contact list of Italian trucking companies by province?
Yes, and it is the most requested cut: one province starts at €290. In road haulage it often pays to think in logistics hubs: you can name a radius in kilometres around a freight village, a list of municipalities or an industrial zone. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if a field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers, because a phone that is switched off cannot be verified. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought (with «phone only», the phone) and the period to report a row is stated in the order.
Can I import the list into my CRM?
Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website), so the list of trucking companies loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.
Want to see 20 trucking companies from your area?
Tell us the city, the province or the freight village: we send you 20 complete rows within one business day, with no account and no card.
