To add a proxy in GenLogin, open the profile's Network tab, choose Your proxy, pick HTTP Proxy or SOCKS5 Proxy to match the port, paste the whole line into Host, click Check proxy and create the profile. Give each profile its own sticky session. Below: every step, Residential Premium, ISP and mobile lines, bulk changes and the errors.
GenLogin keeps every browser profile apart: its own cookies, its own fingerprint and, once you add one, its own proxy. The proxy decides which IP address and which country the sites see, and GenLogin fills the profile's time zone and location from it. The field names below are the ones in GenLogin's own documentation, the values come from the QuanticData endpoint generator, and the check result in the screens is a real request through a Czech line made on 23 October 2026.
What you need before you start
- GenLogin installed, with an account. Profiles are made one by one with Create Profile, or several at once with Quick Add (up to 50 in one go).
- A proxy plan. Residential Premium, ISP or mobile: all three work in GenLogin. The table further down says which one fits which profile.
- The four values: host, port, username and password. In the QuanticData dashboard they are under My proxies, on the plan's page, in the Endpoint generator.
The proxy format GenLogin reads
GenLogin takes a proxy as one line in three places, each with its own layout:
- Host field of a profile (Your proxy):
host:port:username:password. Paste it whole into Host and GenLogin fills Proxy port, Username and Password by itself. This is the generator's output format host:port:user:pass. - Proxy manager, Add Proxy:
type:host:port:login:password:name, one proxy per line. The type is written ashttp://orsocks5://in front of the host; without it GenLogin uses HTTP. The name at the end is optional. - Update proxy, for many profiles:
host:port:login:passwordwith the type in front, one line per profile. A change-IP link can follow a|; with QuanticData leave it out.
The same QuanticData proxy in each layout:
# Host field of a profile
residentialpremium.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-cz-sid-p01-ttl-60m:PASS
# Proxy manager or Update proxy, type in front
http://residentialpremium.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-cz-sid-p01-ttl-60m:PASS
# SOCKS5 on its own port
socks5://residentialpremium.quantumproxies.io:1080:USER-country-cz-sid-p01-ttl-60m:PASS
The username is the whole string, with everything after the first dash: -country-cz picks the exit country, -sid-p01 names the session and -ttl-60m keeps it for 60 minutes. Copy it whole. A username cut at the first dash still authenticates, but the profile then leaves from a random country on a new IP at every request.
Step by step: add a proxy to a GenLogin profile

- Generate the line. In the QuanticData dashboard open My proxies, then your plan. In the Endpoint generator choose the Country (and a Region or City if the profile needs one), set Session to Sticky, set Session TTL (minutes) to at least the time the profile stays open, choose the Protocol and keep the Output format on host:port:user:pass. The Preview shows the line; Connection details shows the same four values one by one.
- Open the profile in GenLogin. Click Create Profile in the left menu, or edit an existing profile, and open the Network tab.
- Choose Your proxy. The other two are Gen-Proxy, where the proxies saved in Proxy manager are listed, and Without proxy, which leaves the profile on your own IP.
- Pick the Proxy Type that matches the port. HTTP Proxy for port 8080, SOCKS5 Proxy for port 1080. GenLogin's documentation recommends HTTP.
- Paste the line into Host. One line, no spaces. GenLogin splits it: the host stays in Host, and Proxy port, Username and Password fill themselves.
- Leave Enable change IP off. Change proxy URL stays empty: with QuanticData a new IP comes from a new session ID in the username, explained below.
- Click Check proxy. GenLogin shows the country, the IP and the time zone of the exit under the buttons. The country has to match the
-country-in the username: our Czech line answered Country CZ and Europe/Prague. - Create the profile. Create profile sits at the top of the form. On the Location tab, Fill timezone based on the external IP is on by default, so the profile takes Prague's time zone from the proxy.

To check the proxies of profiles you already have, select them in the profiles list and click Check proxy on the top menu bar: GenLogin checks the proxy status of each selected profile.
One sticky session per profile
An antidetect profile is meant to look like one person on one connection. A rotating proxy changes IP on every request, which is fine for scraping and wrong for a profile that logs in. A sticky session keeps one IP for as long as the session lives, and the session lives in the username, so the line never has to change once it is saved in the profile.
# profile 1: Czech Republic, one session for a working day
residentialpremium.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-cz-sid-p01-ttl-480m:PASS
# profile 2: same plan, its own session (never reuse p01)
residentialpremium.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-cz-sid-p02-ttl-480m:PASS
# profile 3: Germany, open all day
residentialpremium.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-de-sid-p03-ttl-1440m:PASS
Three rules cover almost every case:
- A different session ID in every profile. Two profiles on the same line share one IP, which is exactly what an antidetect browser is there to avoid.
- A lifetime longer than the work. The generator accepts up to 1440 minutes, a full day. When the session ends, the next request gets a new IP, and a site can see that as a new login location.
- The country in the username. Without
-country-the exit can be anywhere, and the time zone GenLogin fills from the IP will not match the profile's story.
For a new IP on a profile, generate a line with a new session ID, for example -sid-p04 instead of -sid-p01, and paste it over the old one. That is why Enable change IP and Change proxy URL stay empty with Residential Premium and mobile lines: the IP follows the username, not a link.
With Session set to Sticky, the generator makes as many lines as the Quantity field says, ten by default, each with its own session ID, and Copy all or Download takes them out in the same format. One line per profile.

Residential Premium, ISP and mobile proxies in GenLogin
| Proxy type | In GenLogin | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Residential Premium | One sticky line per profile pasted into Host; country, region, city or ISP in the username; username and password | Most profiles: home IPs in the country you choose |
| ISP | Fixed IPs from Assigned IPs as IP:Port:Username:Password (HTTP 50100, SOCKS5 50101), pasted into Host; one IP per profile | Long-lived accounts that should keep the same address for months |
| Mobile | One sticky line per profile with -type-mobile in the username; Global, USA, EU or Asia gateway; HTTP 8080 or SOCKS5 1080; IP whitelist available | Phone-first platforms and accounts tied to mobile networks |
Residential Premium
Everything above is the Residential Premium setup: the generator's line pasted into Host, HTTP Proxy on 8080 or SOCKS5 Proxy on 1080, one session ID per profile. For a local exit, choose a Region or City in the generator; the targeting goes into the username and GenLogin's time zone and geolocation follow the IP. Plans and coverage: QuanticData residential proxies and Czech Republic residential proxies.
ISP
An ISP plan lists its fixed IPs under Assigned IPs, in the plan's Proxy endpoints panel. Keep the Protocol on HTTP / HTTPS and the Output format on IP:Port:Username:Password, then copy one line, or select several and use Copy selected or Export .txt. HTTP lines use port 50100; switch Protocol to SOCKS5 and the list moves to port 50101.

In GenLogin it goes in exactly like a Residential Premium line: Your proxy, HTTP Proxy (SOCKS5 Proxy for a 50101 line), the whole line pasted into Host. There is no session ID to manage: the address is static, so the profile shows the same IP every time it starts. Give each profile its own IP and never put the same one in a second profile. More on the plans: ISP proxies and Czech Republic ISP proxies.

Mobile
A mobile line works like a Residential Premium one, with -type-mobile in the username. In the mobile generator choose the Country, the Proxy host (gateway), Global, USA, EU or Asia, then Sticky and HTTP 8080 or SOCKS5 1080, and copy the line. Paste it into Host under Your proxy, or save several at once in Proxy manager as shown in the next section.

Mobile plans also offer IP whitelist authentication: add your computer's IP in the generator's IP whitelist section, take the host:port list it gives, and paste host:port into Host with Username and Password empty. Pages: QuanticData mobile proxies and Czech Republic mobile proxies.
Proxy manager: save the lines once, pick them in each profile
GenLogin also keeps a list of proxies of its own. Open Proxy manager in the left menu, click Add proxy, choose Your Proxy and paste the lines, one per row, then click Add. The dialog accepts HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5, uses HTTP when a line has no type, and takes an optional name after the password. Name every line: mobile and Residential Premium lines all share one host and port, so the name is what tells them apart later.
http://mobile.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-cz-type-mobile-sid-m01-ttl-60m:PASS:cz-mobile-01
http://mobile.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-cz-type-mobile-sid-m02-ttl-60m:PASS:cz-mobile-02
http://mobile.quantumproxies.io:8080:USER-country-cz-type-mobile-sid-m03-ttl-60m:PASS:cz-mobile-03

This is where most people get stuck: a proxy saved in Proxy manager is not under Your proxy. In the profile, open the Network tab, choose Gen-Proxy and click Select your proxy: the list shows the proxies you bought or imported. Pick one line per profile, cz-mobile-01 in the first, cz-mobile-02 in the next.

Changing the proxy of many profiles at once
- Make the lines. In the generator, set Session to Sticky and the Quantity you need, generate, then Copy all or Download. For ISP, select the IPs in Assigned IPs and use Copy selected.
- Select the profiles. Tick them in the profiles list; the top menu bar appears.
- Click Update proxy. Set Connection type to Common, the type for ordinary HTTP(S), SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 lines, keep or change the IP checker in Service, leave WebRTC on Forward.
- Paste the lines, one per row, with the type in front (
http://orsocks5://) and no change-IP link, a different line for each selected profile. Leave Enable change Ip off and click Update. - Check them. With the same profiles selected, click Check proxy on the top menu bar.
GenLogin proxy not working: errors and fixes
When Check proxy cannot get an answer through the proxy, GenLogin reports Cannot check this proxy instead of the country, IP and time zone. The check runs through the service chosen in the IP checker service field, so switching it tells a proxy problem apart from a checker problem. These are the cases behind the message, in the order to check.

| What you see | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot check this proxy | The Proxy Type does not match the port: HTTP Proxy on 1080 or SOCKS5 Proxy on 8080 | HTTP Proxy with 8080, SOCKS5 Proxy with 1080; on ISP lines, 50100 and 50101 |
| The same message, with the right type | The username was cut, a colon is missing, or a space came with the paste | Clear proxy, copy the line again from the generator's Preview and paste it whole into Host |
| The check fails, the proxy works elsewhere | The IP checker service cannot be reached through that exit | Choose another IP checker service and click Check proxy again |
| The check worked yesterday, fails today | The plan expired or its traffic is used up | Check the plan in My proxies: status, remaining traffic, expiry date |
| Wrong country or time zone | No -country- in the username, or Worldwide chosen in the generator | Generate the line with a country; keep Fill timezone based on the external IP on |
| A saved proxy is missing under Your proxy | Proxy manager proxies are listed under Gen-Proxy | Network, Gen-Proxy, Select your proxy |
| The IP changes in the middle of a session | The session lifetime ended, or two profiles share one session ID | A longer -ttl- and a different -sid- in every profile |
One test outside the browser settles most cases in a minute. If this returns an address in the right country, the proxy works and the problem is in the profile's fields:
curl -x http://residentialpremium.quantumproxies.io:8080 \
-U "USER-country-cz-sid-test-ttl-10m:PASS" https://ipinfo.io/json
If the same command fails on your network but works from another one, a firewall or your provider is blocking the connection to the proxy port.
HTTP or SOCKS5 in GenLogin
Both work for browsing, and every QuanticData network offers both. HTTP Proxy on port 8080 is the simpler choice and the one GenLogin's documentation recommends. SOCKS5 Proxy on port 1080 passes any kind of connection, not only web pages, which matters for tools inside the profile that do not speak HTTP; the details are on the page for SOCKS5 proxies. What breaks a profile is never the choice itself, only a type that does not match its port. For why each profile needs its own address in the first place, see residential proxies for antidetect browsers.
Before you run accounts
A proxy changes where a profile's traffic comes from, not what the profile is allowed to do. Keep to each platform's terms and to the law where you work, and use one profile, one session and one identity per account.
