List of wineries in Italy with phone numbers and addresses
A list of wineries in Italy with phone, website, the emails published on that website and the address of the winery, where the wine is actually made, for whoever sells to wine producers: glass and closures, oenology, labels, distribution, export and software. In Alba, in the province of Cuneo, one run returned at least 30 wineries. With a free account you get 20 sample rows; one province costs €0.08 per row + VAT.

What this list of Italian wineries is
It is the list of the wineries in an Italian area (wine estates, farms that bottle their own wine and wine houses), with business name, winery address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
Searches for a list of wineries in Italy mostly return wine-tourism guides, maps and «best wineries to visit» pages. This file is for something else: for whoever sells to producers (glass, corks and capsules, oenological products, labels, logistics and export, winery software) and needs the winery address, the phone and the website. In Alba almost every winery has a website (29 of 30), so an email can almost always be read.
The numbers on this page are for Alba, in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont: the «cantina vitivinicola» search of 4 October 2026 returned 38 listings. 8 listings belonged to other categories (wine shops and an enoteca, a winemaking supplier, a distillery, a farm, an agricultural service and a generic producer) and we took them out. That leaves 30 listings with the category «Winery». Wine shops are outside the count; on request we add them.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and email type are read on each business’s own website, so they are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business | text | The name the business shows on its public listing. |
| Category | text | The category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out. |
| Address, postcode, comune and province | text | The operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area. |
| Phone and Phone 2 | text | The published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Email and email type | text | The email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one. |
| Website | URL | The business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not. |
| Operating address check | yes / no | Yes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address. |
| Status on the map | text | Hours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Directory and map listing | URL | The two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check. |
| Checked on | date | The day we read the sources for that row. |
| Row ID | text | A stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders. |

What we check on every row
Collecting a value is not checking it: this is what we do, row by row, before the file reaches you.
The sector from the listing, not the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing; listings of other categories stay out.
Operating address confirmed
The column says «yes» when the map listing and the national directory listing give the same address; otherwise it says which of the two sources gives it.
No duplicates, not even across orders
Listings of the same business become one row, and a business you already received in an earlier order does not reach you again.
The contacts you already have stay out
If you upload a file of your contacts to the dashboard (emails, phones, websites or VAT numbers), those businesses stay out of the list and are not charged.
Date read on every row
The «Checked on» column is the day we read the sources of that row; «Directory listing» and «Map listing» link to the pages it comes from.
Emails read on the website, with their type
The email is the one the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). We deliver only emails whose domain has a mail server (MX check): the others stay empty and are not charged as rows with an email.
Phones in international format
Every number is written as +39 followed by the number, with a second phone when the business publishes two.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Pricing
What it costs
You pay for the rows you receive: one whole province, or up to 60 municipalities of the same province, as CSV or XLSX. First you download 20 real rows for free.
Measured example. Wineries in Alba: at least 30 found in one run on 4 October 2026. That is under the 150-row minimum order: you set 150 rows as the cap and pay only for the rows delivered, here from about €2 + VAT.
Prices exclude VAT (Italian VAT 22%). Minimum order 150 rows. When you order you set the most rows you want: you pay only for the rows delivered.
You pay from your account balance, which is in US dollars: in the dashboard the price per row and the spend cap are shown in dollars. The balance is topped up by card or PayPal, with 22% VAT on the top-up.
30-day guarantee
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
Would you rather build it yourself? Self-service API: from $0.01 per lead, local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged.
Who buys a list of wineries in Italy
Not someone booking a tasting: companies that sell to wine producers and need the winery address, not the registered office.
Glass, corks and capsules
Bottles, closures and capsules are sold before harvest and bottling: the list is built wine area by wine area.
Oenology and cellar equipment
Oenological products, barrels, tanks and bottling lines: what counts is the winery phone, not the registered office.
Labels and packaging
Printers, converters and design studios offer labels and gift boxes to the wineries refreshing their look.
Distribution and export
Distributors, importers and agents look for wineries to add to their portfolio: the website shows which ones already sell abroad.
Winery software and online sales
Cellar management, e-commerce and visit booking: with 29 of 30 wineries on a website, the demo can be offered by email.
Wine tourism
Agencies and operators running tours and tastings look for wineries close to each other: municipality and category make the first filter.
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, operating address, published number, website and the emails the business publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no data about the wineries’ customers, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. Many wineries are farms registered to the owner: for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest · VIES — VAT number check, European Commission
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, write the question in the form above: a person replies.
Ask us a question →How many wineries are there in Italy?
It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Alba, in the province of Cuneo: at least 30 wineries in a single run on 4 October 2026, after removing other categories. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. When you order you set the most rows you want and pay only for the rows delivered.
Does the list include wine shops and enoteche?
Not unless you ask. In Alba the search also brought in two wine shops, an enoteca, a distillery and a winemaking supplier: we left them out of the 30 wineries. On request we add them, kept apart in the category column, so you can keep only the producers or the sellers too.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction: the list is generated when you order it, not pulled from an archive. In wine, owners, trading names and websites change often, especially after a generational handover or a sale. The status on the map (hours shown, temporarily or permanently closed) shows, row by row, who is still trading.
How many Italian wineries in the list have an email?
The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the winery’s website, so coverage depends on how many have one. In the Alba sample 29 wineries out of 30 (97%) had a website to visit and 28 of 30 a published phone. In the free sample you see how many rows have an email before you pay.
Is it legal to contact these wineries?
They are business contacts published by the producers themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47. Whoever receives the file becomes an independent controller. Commercial emails and SMS sent with automated systems need the recipient’s prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except for existing customers offered similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy’s do-not-call register.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV or XLSX, with the source and the date we read it on every row. You download the 20-row sample after creating the free account: at once if it is ready, otherwise after a few minutes. The list you order is built from the sources at that moment: a province usually takes about ten minutes and the file stays in «My lists». With one column per field the file loads into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM, or opens in Excel.
Can I get a list of wineries for one wine area or province?
Yes: you order one whole province, or pick up to 60 municipalities of the same province, for example those of one production area. It costs €0.08 per row + VAT, with a minimum order of 150 rows, and you pay only for the rows delivered.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
