Nurseries in Italy with phone numbers and addresses
A list of nurseries in Italy, meaning the daycare centres for children aged 0 to 3 that the map classifies as «Asilo nido», with name, phone, website, the emails published on that website and the address, built on request for suppliers of furniture, baby products, meals, software and training. In Turin, on 4 October 2026, one run found at least 102. With a free account you get 20 sample rows; one province costs €0.08 per row + VAT.

What this list of Italian nurseries is
It is the list of the nurseries in an Italian area (the daycare centres for ages 0 to 3 whose map category is «Asilo nido»), with name, address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
Whoever searches for a list of nurseries in Italy is usually a family, and finds the lists published by municipalities and regions: Rome, for example, publishes its list of early-years services for ages 0 to 3 with the places open for enrolment. Those are the right source to choose a nursery or check an accreditation. This file is for something else: for whoever sells to nurseries and needs address, phone, website and email.
The numbers on this page are for Turin: the «asilo nido» search of 4 October 2026 returned 160 listings; 58 had other categories, mostly generic «Asilo», nursery schools for ages 3 to 6 and state schools, and we took them out. Preschools (scuole dell’infanzia) are not in the count: on request we add them on a separate sheet. That leaves at least 102 nurseries.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and email type are read on each business’s own website, so they are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business | text | The name the business shows on its public listing. |
| Category | text | The category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out. |
| Address, postcode, comune and province | text | The operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area. |
| Phone and Phone 2 | text | The published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Email and email type | text | The email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one. |
| Website | URL | The business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not. |
| Operating address check | yes / no | Yes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address. |
| Status on the map | text | Hours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Directory and map listing | URL | The two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check. |
| Checked on | date | The day we read the sources for that row. |
| Row ID | text | A stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders. |

What we check on every row
Collecting a value is not checking it: this is what we do, row by row, before the file reaches you.
The sector from the listing, not the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing; listings of other categories stay out.
Operating address confirmed
The column says «yes» when the map listing and the national directory listing give the same address; otherwise it says which of the two sources gives it.
No duplicates, not even across orders
Listings of the same business become one row, and a business you already received in an earlier order does not reach you again.
The contacts you already have stay out
If you upload a file of your contacts to the dashboard (emails, phones, websites or VAT numbers), those businesses stay out of the list and are not charged.
Date read on every row
The «Checked on» column is the day we read the sources of that row; «Directory listing» and «Map listing» link to the pages it comes from.
Emails read on the website, with their type
The email is the one the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). We deliver only emails whose domain has a mail server (MX check): the others stay empty and are not charged as rows with an email.
Phones in international format
Every number is written as +39 followed by the number, with a second phone when the business publishes two.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

Pricing
What it costs
You pay for the rows you receive: one whole province, or up to 60 municipalities of the same province, as CSV or XLSX. First you download 20 real rows for free.
Measured example. Nurseries in Turin: at least 102 found in one run on 4 October 2026. That is under the 150-row minimum order: you set 150 rows as the cap and pay only for the rows delivered, here from about €8 + VAT.
Prices exclude VAT (Italian VAT 22%). Minimum order 150 rows. When you order you set the most rows you want: you pay only for the rows delivered.
You pay from your account balance, which is in US dollars: in the dashboard the price per row and the spend cap are shown in dollars. The balance is topped up by card or PayPal, with 22% VAT on the top-up.
30-day guarantee
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
Would you rather build it yourself? Self-service API: from $0.01 per lead, local_business_leads collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged.
Who buys a list of nurseries in Italy
Not families looking for a place: companies that sell to nurseries and need the facility where the children are.
Early-years furniture and play equipment
Cots, changing units, soft furnishings: sold area by area, with the facility’s direct phone.
Hygiene and baby products
Nappies, cleaning products and disposables: a recurring purchase, offered to the nurseries still open, filtered on the map status.
Catering for young children
Delivered meals and special diets: a local service, sold with the address and a radius in kilometres.
Nursery management software
Attendance, fees and parent apps: the nurseries with a website are the ones ready for a demo.
Training for early-years staff
Refresher courses and paediatric first aid: the list is built province by province.
Insurance and safety services
Policies for children and staff, maintenance of the premises: what counts is the facility’s contact, not the operator’s.
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, operating address, published number, website and the emails the business publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no data on children, families or staff, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. For sole traders the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case. The lists of authorised and accredited nurseries remain those published by municipalities and regions: our file does not replace them.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest · VIES — VAT number check, European Commission · Roma Capitale — list of early-years services for ages 0-3
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, write the question in the form above: a person replies.
Ask us a question →How many nurseries are there in the list?
It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Turin: at least 102 nurseries in a single run on 4 October 2026. We count only the «Asilo nido» category, without preschools. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one: before you order we tell you how many rows come out of your province.
Are preschools and municipal nurseries included?
Preschools are not: in Turin we removed 13 of them together with generic «Asilo» listings, and we supply them on request on a separate sheet. Municipal nurseries are in when they have an «Asilo nido» listing on the map, but the category does not separate public from private: for that, the municipal and regional lists apply.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. Among private nurseries, openings, closures and changes of operator follow the school year: the status on the map (hours shown, temporarily or permanently closed) tells you, row by row, who is open.
How many Italian nurseries in the list have an email?
The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the business website, so coverage depends on how many have a website. In the Turin sample, 72 nurseries out of 102 (71%) had a website to visit; for the others you get phone and address. In the free sample you see how many rows have an email before you pay.
Is it legal to contact these nurseries?
They are facility contacts published by the nurseries themselves, with no data on children, families or staff. Whoever receives the file becomes an independent controller. Commercial emails and SMS sent with automated systems need the recipient’s prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except for existing customers offered similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy’s do-not-call register.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV or XLSX, with the source and the date we read it on every row. You download the 20-row sample after creating the free account: at once if it is ready, otherwise after a few minutes. The list you order is built from the sources at that moment: a province usually takes about ten minutes and the file stays in «My lists».
Can I buy just one province or one city?
Yes: you order one whole province, or pick up to 60 municipalities of the same province. It costs €0.08 per row + VAT, with a minimum order of 150 rows, and you pay only for the rows delivered.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
For 30 days from delivery you report, row by row, a wrong field: an email that bounces, a phone number that does not exist or is invalid, a business that is closed, a wrong category. You do it from «My lists», with «Report a wrong field». For every accepted report the price of that row goes back to your QuanticData balance: at once if the email domain no longer receives mail or the number is not a valid Italian number, after a check by our team in the other cases. Phones that are switched off or not answered are not covered.
