What this list of Italian logistics companies is
It is the list of the logistics companies in an Italian area (logistics services, depots and distribution centres), with business name, warehouse address, phone, website and the emails published on that website. It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.
Searches for a list of logistics companies in Italy mostly return rankings of the big groups by revenue. This file looks at the ground instead: the groups’ warehouses too, the mid-sized operators and a retailer’s depots, with the address where the loading bays are. Couriers, freight forwarders and hauliers stay out: there is a separate list for transport companies.
The numbers on this page are for Piacenza: the «logistica» search of 4 October 2026 exhausted the map results and returned 79 listings; 41 were forwarders and couriers, hauliers, offices and other businesses, and we took them out. That leaves 38 companies, many around Via Bazzani and Via Strinati.
The fields you get on every row
These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and email type are read on each business’s own website, so they are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.
| Field | Type | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Business | text | The name the business shows on its public listing. |
| Category | text | The category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out. |
| Address, postcode, comune and province | text | The operating address, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area. |
| Phone and Phone 2 | text | The published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Email and email type | text | The email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one. |
| Website | URL | The business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not. |
| Operating address check | yes / no | Yes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address. |
| Status on the map | text | Hours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Directory and map listing | URL | The two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check. |
| Checked on | date | The day we read the sources for that row. |
| Row ID | text | A stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders. |
How we build the list
Four choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.
The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code
A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.
The operating address, not only the registered office
The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.
Source and date on every row
Every row carries the links to the two public listings it comes from and the day we read it.
Every month, only the changes
With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.
Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: remove your business from our lists.

The API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.
Who buys a list of logistics companies in Italy
Not someone sending a parcel: companies that sell to warehouses and need the address where the loading bays are.
Forklifts and racking
Sale, rental and maintenance: start from the local warehouses, sorted by distance from your service point.
WMS and warehouse software
Inventory, picking and traceability: the companies with a website are the ones ready for a demo.
Staffing agencies and cooperatives
Seasonal peaks are covered with local staff: what counts is the warehouse address, not the registered office.
Packaging, pallets and stretch film
Consumables reordered every week: the list is filtered on the companies still operating.
Industrial cleaning and security
Contract services by logistics hub: postcode and municipality draw the radius worth working in.
Manufacturers looking for a 3PL
Whoever outsources the warehouse looks for operators near the plant: category and municipality make the first filter.
Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you
The list contains business contacts only: business name, operating address, published number, website and the emails the business publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no employee or driver data, no personal profiles bought from third parties.
For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in recital 47. For sole traders the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case.
Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy. Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.
When you receive the file you become an independent controller of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.
If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: remove your business from our lists.
Sources and standards: Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni (Italian do-not-call register) · Garante Privacy — telemarketing and unwanted calls · GDPR, recital 47 — legitimate interest · VIES — VAT number check, European Commission
Frequently asked questions
What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.
Ask for your sample →How many logistics companies are there in the list?
It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Piacenza: 38 logistics companies and depots in a single run on 4 October 2026, which exhausted the map for the city, after removing other categories. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. Before you order we tell you how many rows come out of your province.
What is the difference from couriers and trucking companies?
A logistics company runs the warehouse: storage, order picking, distribution. Couriers, forwarders and hauliers move the goods, and they show up in the same searches: in Piacenza they were a good share of the 41 listings we removed. We keep a separate list for transport companies; on request we merge the two.
What does «operating address confirmed» mean?
It means the map and the national directory show the same address for the warehouse. For a group the registered office is often far from the depot: this column keeps you from writing to or calling an office where nobody works. Every row also states its source: Google Maps, national directory or both.
How up to date is the data?
It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. Warehouses change operator and sign with each contract: the status on the map (hours shown, temporarily or permanently closed) tells you, row by row, who is operating. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.
Is it legal to contact these logistics companies?
They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47. Whoever receives the file becomes an independent controller. Commercial emails and SMS sent with automated systems need the recipient’s prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except for existing customers offered similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy’s do-not-call register.
Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?
CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the published emails.
Can I buy just one province or one city?
Yes: one province starts at €290. In logistics it pays to think in hubs: you can name a radius in kilometres around a motorway exit, a freight village or an industrial zone. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.
API or finished file: which is better?
The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.
What guarantee is there on quality?
Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if it is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers. The period to report a row is stated in the order.
