Mobile Proxies for Facebook

Meta's social network, plus Pages, Groups, Marketplace and the Ads Manager behind most social advertising. QuanticData mobile proxies give each Facebook session a real 4G/5G carrier IP shared with real phones, rotating or sticky for up to 24 hours, with the country and carrier chosen in the username — from $5 for 1 GB, no subscription.

What is Facebook, and why put a proxy in front of it?

Facebook is still the largest social network and the centre of Meta's advertising system: Pages managed by agencies, Business Manager and ad accounts that carry real budgets, Groups where communities live, and Marketplace, the largest local classifieds site in many countries. Agencies manage dozens of client Pages and ad accounts from one office; ad-verification teams check placements by market; researchers collect public Pages and Marketplace listings. Meta is strict about where a Business Manager logs in from — an ad account that moves between countries in a day is often restricted — so each account needs a consistent, ordinary network identity in its own market.

What people use mobile proxies for on Facebook

Four workflows we see on Facebook. None of them needs a proxy to break Facebook's rules; all of them need a network location and a reputation the platform treats as ordinary.

Agency Page and ad-account management

One proxy session per client Business Manager, in the client's country, so an agency login looks like the client's own connection.

Ad verification

Verify placements, creative and landing pages for audiences in each market, including Marketplace and Reels ads.

Marketplace and public-Page research

Collect public listings, prices and Page metadata for market research through rotating exits.

Localized QA

Check how a Page, a Shop or a campaign renders for users in another country.

Why mobile proxies for Facebook

Meta's account security is tuned to phones. A carrier IP shared with thousands of real users behind CGNAT is the most ordinary origin its systems see, which is why agencies keep ad accounts on mobile proxies: one sticky carrier session per Business Manager, in the client's country, held for the working day. Address stability is what prevents the restriction cycle.

What a proxy does not do. A proxy gives an account a consistent network location; it does not change Meta's advertising policies, its identity verification for Business Managers, or the device checks in the apps. Proxies are for keeping legitimate accounts stable, not for creating ones you are not allowed to have. Household IPs for the same job are on the residential proxies for Facebook page.

Best mobile proxies for Facebook

One sticky exit per account, held for the length of the login; ad accounts and Business Manager logins are the most sensitive to changes. The exit country matches the account and its audience or the market where ads are checked. With QuanticData the exits asked for most are the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany, with carriers such as T-Mobile and AT&T Wireless selectable in the username for the United States.

Feeds with video are heavy; Ads Manager and Marketplace research are lighter. On the mobile network that means a session ID with a lifetime of up to 24 hours per Facebook account, or no session at all to rotate through carrier IPs, from $5 for 1 GB with no subscription. The searches and the workflows around Facebook both point to mobile: accounts live on phones, and a carrier IP is what they expect.

Which session to use for Facebook: sticky or rotating

Sticky (one IP per account). One session per Business Manager or Page-manager login, TTL up to 24 hours, country matching the client. Rotating only for public research. Country, session and targeting go in the username; credentials are in your dashboard after purchase.

# PROXY_HOST = host:port shown in your dashboard
# rotating: a new carrier IP on every request
curl -x "$PROXY_HOST" -U "USER-country-us:PASS" https://ipinfo.io/json

# sticky: one carrier IP for 30 minutes (up to 1440m), one session ID per account
curl -x "$PROXY_HOST" -U "USER-country-us-sid-facebo-ttl-30m:PASS" https://ipinfo.io/json

# one carrier (code from the country page)
curl -x "$PROXY_HOST" -U "USER-country-us-isp-CARRIER:PASS" https://ipinfo.io/json
Card of a real Chromium session to facebook.com through a QuanticData US mobile exit on 14 September 2026: exit Verizon Business (AS6167), HTTP 200, sign-in page shown to the anonymous visitor.
Tested in a real browser. Shows the sign-in page to anonymous visitors, like any browser without an account: not a block (HTTP 200, 14 September 2026). A proxy is not a promise of access: the platform decides what it serves.

Best countries and carriers for Facebook mobile proxies

The exits most often asked for with Facebook, and why. Carriers are named only where the mobile catalog lists them; every country page shows the full list.

Mobile Proxies pricing for Facebook

The same pool at every tier — a small test costs exactly $5 for 1 GB. Full ladder and terms on the pricing page.

How to start with Facebook in minutes

  1. Create a free QuanticData account and open Plans → Mobile; pick a bundle — $5 for 1 GB is enough to test Facebook on your real workflow.
  2. Copy host, port, username and password from the dashboard. Put the country in the username (-country-us), a carrier if you need one (-isp-…), and a session ID with a lifetime when the Facebook flow must keep one IP.
  3. One browser or antidetect profile per client account with the proxy set in the profile and the same session ID all day; for Marketplace research use city targeting and rotate per page.
  4. Run a small sample first and watch how Facebook responds; a mobile IP is not a promise of access, acceptance or a particular success rate, and Facebook's terms and the law apply to what you do through it.

Set it up for Facebook

QuanticData mobile proxies are standard HTTP and SOCKS5 endpoints: a host, a port, a username and a password, shown in your dashboard the moment a plan is active. The username carries the country and the carrier, and the session; host, port and password never change. For Facebook use one sticky session per account: a session ID that no other account shares, and a lifetime that covers the login (up to 1440 minutes on mobile). Whatever the client, the four values are these:

host PROXY_HOST # from your dashboard
port PORT # the HTTP port, or the SOCKS5 port for a SOCKS5 node
username USER-country-us-sid-facebo-ttl-120m
password PASS

Where to enter the four values

Test from the client with https://ipinfo.io/json: the org should be a carrier and the country the one in the username. A proxy changes where the traffic leaves from, nothing else; Facebook's terms apply to what you do through it.

Do mobile proxies work with Facebook?

QuanticData mobile proxies work with Facebook the way any proxy does: they change the network your traffic leaves from, to real 4G/5G carrier IPs. A proxy gives an account a consistent network location; it does not change Meta's advertising policies, its identity verification for Business Managers, or the device checks in the apps. Proxies are for keeping legitimate accounts stable, not for creating ones you are not allowed to have.

Which proxy session should I use for Facebook: sticky or rotating?

QuanticData recommends a sticky session for Facebook. One session per Business Manager or Page-manager login, TTL up to 24 hours, country matching the client. Rotating only for public research. Sessions are set in the username (a session ID and a lifetime, up to 1,440 minutes (24 hours)), so no proxy list is needed.

Why does Facebook restrict an ad account that logs in from an agency office?

QuanticData customers usually trace it to the location jump: the client created the account in one country and the agency logs in from another, sometimes several agencies from several countries. Giving each Business Manager one sticky mobile session in the client's country removes the jump; it does not remove Meta's policy checks on the ads themselves.

How do I set up a mobile proxy for Facebook?

QuanticData gives you host, port, username and password the moment a plan is active: create a free account, open Plans → Mobile, pick a bundle ($5 for 1 GB to start) and copy the credentials from the dashboard. One browser or antidetect profile per client account with the proxy set in the profile and the same session ID all day; for Marketplace research use city targeting and rotate per page. For Facebook, the countries asked for most are the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany, with carriers such as T-Mobile and AT&T Wireless selectable in the username for the United States.

Can I use Shadowrocket with QuanticData for Facebook?

QuanticData mobile proxies are standard HTTP and SOCKS5 endpoints with a host, a port, a username and a password, so any client that accepts a proxy node works, Shadowrocket included: enter those four values as a server of type HTTP or Socks5 in Shadowrocket on the iPhone, and Facebook traffic from the phone leaves through the exit set in the username. For Facebook give each account its own sticky session — a session ID and a lifetime in the username — so the phone keeps one IP for the whole login. Host and port are in your dashboard; the HTTP and the SOCKS5 port are different, so pick the one that matches the node type.

Is there a free mobile proxy for Facebook?

QuanticData does not give away mobile proxies for Facebook: the smallest mobile bundle is $5 for 1 GB, and the free option is the residential trial — 100 MB on Residential Basic for 5 days, no card — enough to test your setup against Facebook from a home IP before paying for carrier IPs. Public "free proxy" lists are shared addresses that thousands of accounts have already used, which is why a login from one is treated as suspect from the first request; they also change daily, so nothing built on them keeps working for long.

How many Facebook accounts per mobile proxy?

QuanticData recommends one sticky session per Facebook account — a separate session ID with its own lifetime, so each account keeps its own IP for the whole login — rather than a fixed number of accounts per IP, which nobody can promise. A carrier IP is shared by thousands of real phones behind CGNAT, so the address itself is ordinary; what matters is that an account never jumps between exits mid-session. Facebook's terms decide how many accounts a person may run; a proxy does not change that.
