The arithmetic: a 30-day unlimited plan costs $150; at $0.50 per GB that is 300 GB. If you move more than about 300 GB a month from the US, UK, Canada, the Netherlands or Germany, unlimited costs less. Below that, or in other countries, per GB costs less.
Targeting
Where each plan can exit.
Per-GB plans target 200+ countries by country, state and city, which is what a scraper that needs local results wants. Unlimited plans exit through a gateway in one of five countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands or Germany.

No subscription, no KYC.
Pay by card, PayPal or crypto (300+ cryptocurrencies), with no KYC. Per-GB bandwidth stays valid for the whole term of the plan; unlimited plans run for the hours or days you bought.
