#1 QuanticData: what you get, what it costs, how it measured
QuanticData mobile proxies are IP addresses that mobile operators assign to real 4G/LTE/5G handsets, across 194 listed countries and territories. Every exit sits behind carrier-grade NAT, so one address genuinely carries thousands of real subscribers and blocking it costs a site real users - the structural advantage that mobile traffic is bought for. Targeting goes in the username: country, then either state/region and city, or a named carrier. In the United States that means AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, UScellular and C Spire; the UK lists 3 carriers, Germany 3, India 4, Canada 6, and the catalogue page lists every country's cities and operators. Rotate on every request or hold a sticky session with a session id and a TTL of up to 1,440 minutes (24 hours). What it is used for
Antidetect browsers - AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin, Dolphin Anty - want one exit that stays put while a profile is open and never leaks into another profile. All four take a proxy per profile, HTTP or SOCKS5; on our gateway the rule is one sticky session identifier per profile, in the username, and every request carrying it lands on the same handset until the TTL expires. Instagram, TikTok and other mobile-first platforms see the overwhelming majority of their legitimate traffic from carrier ASNs behind CGNAT, so a carrier exit is unremarkable where a hosting ASN is anomalous; region and carrier targeting keep an account's network origin consistent with its persona. We make no claim about bans or success rates on those platforms - we did not test them, and nobody who ran a latency test honestly can. App-store, in-app and carrier-specific price checks and ad verification on mobile networks need a specific operator, which is why carriers are selectable by name. If a target does not check for a carrier ASN, residential exits on the same account cost a fraction, and the Web Scraper API and MCP server handle most scraping without any proxy configuration at all.
Measured, not claimed: 98 requests, eight countries, 23 carriers
Every number in this article about QuanticData was measured by us, on 2026-09-13 between 16:59 and 17:07 UTC, from a single machine in Europe with curl 8.7.1, one request at a time inside each phase, a 25-second cap, redirects followed, timing every call with curl's own starttransfer, total and size counters. Eight countries: US, GB, DE, IN, IT, BR, FR, ES. No carrier was pinned, so the carriers in the table below are what the pool handed out on its own.
- Phase 1, rotating (40 runs). Five rotating exits per country. Each run read its exit IP through the proxy, looked that IP up off-proxy for country and ASN, then fetched the Wikipedia homepage through the proxy - 119,573 bytes of real HTML on every success. Latency figures come from the HTML fetch, not from the 22-byte JSON call.
- Phase 2, sticky (16 sessions, 48 requests). Two sticky sessions per country with a 10-minute TTL, three requests each about 20 seconds apart.
- Phase 3, rotation (10 requests). Ten sequential requests through the untargeted worldwide gateway, counting distinct exits.
Across the 40 rotating runs: 40/40 succeeded with a 2xx on both proxied requests, 40/40 matched the requested country, all 40 exits were distinct IPs, and they sat on 23 distinct carrier ASNs. Median time to first byte on the HTML target was 1.74 s, median total 2.06 s, p90 TTFB 2.88 s, worst single request 12.05 s on an Indian exit. No timeouts, no non-2xx, no errors in any of the 98 requests.

Sticky sessions: 15 of 16 held a single IP across all three requests, 48/48 returned 2xx, median TTFB 1.53 s. The one drift was a Brazilian session whose exit moved to a neighbouring address in the same /16 after about 50 seconds, still returning 200 - the normal failure mode when the upstream is a real handset that can lose signal, and the reason we say "real handsets" rather than "guaranteed static". On the untargeted worldwide gateway, 10 requests produced 10 distinct IPs across 8 countries, per-request rotation working as advertised; if you need a specific market, target it explicitly. The whole run consumed 4,785,074 bytes - 4.56 MiB, essentially all of it the 40 Wikipedia fetches.
Reputation of the exits: all 67 distinct addresses from the three phases through the Scamalytics fraud score (0 = clean, 100 = known bad) gave a median of 1; 65 of 67 scored between 0 and 10, two scored 26-50 (the worst was 33), none above 50. Per requested country the median was 0 in the UK and Italy, 1 in France and Spain, 2 in India, 3 in the US and Germany, 4 in Brazil. One address carried a datacenter flag; the rest were classified as mobile or residential carrier ranges. Anyone can reproduce any row: the checker is public at quantumproxies.io/ip-checker, one IP at a time, and the proxy tester builds the curl, Python and Node commands with timings so the per-country protocol above is repeatable in about ten minutes.

What this test does not prove
Stated plainly, because the limits are the most useful part of any first-party number.
- One network, one afternoon. 98 requests over roughly eight minutes from one machine on one European uplink. Mobile pools change hour by hour as handsets come and go; nothing here establishes stability over weeks.
- No other network was measured. The table of published prices is prices, not performance. The ranking rests on our price, our terms, our named carriers and our own measured rows.
- Five runs per country is a small sample. With n=5 a single slow handset moves a median; the 12.05 s Indian outlier is real, and a p90 from 40 observations is not a service level.
- Easy targets only. Neither target fingerprints or challenges. This says nothing about success rates on social platforms, sneaker or ticketing sites, or anything behind commercial anti-bot; measure those on your own targets with a $5 pack.
- Exit type verified indirectly. Country, ASN and carrier came from an IP lookup that returns no connection-type field. We showed each ASN belongs to an operator or MVNO; we did not prove each exit was a handset on a cellular connection.
- Geo match is country-level; sticky was probed for 42 seconds, not 10 minutes. City, region and carrier pinning were not tested, although all three are offered, and the one drift we saw happened inside 50 seconds - build the client to tolerate an IP change.
