What Texas exits are used for
A request that leaves from a Texas household connection sees what a resident sees: local search results, state-specific prices, availability and shipping, geo-targeted ads and listings. Typical uses: Houston, Dallas and Austin real estate, energy and logistics job boards, Spanish-language ad verification, Texas retail pricing.
- Local SERP and Maps tracking for Texas keywords, statewide or per city
- Price, stock and delivery checks as a Texas customer
- Ad verification and landing-page QA from TX IPs
- Account and listing management with a consistent Texas identity (sticky session)
Country-level United States traffic, with the lowest price per GB, is on the United States proxy page. Dedicated static US IPs are on US ISP proxies.
Do you have residential proxies in Texas?
Yes. Texas is in the Residential Premium pool with state-level and city-level targeting: add -region-texas to the username for any Texas exit, or -region-texas-city-<city> for one of the 120 Texas cities in the pool list (Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth…). Residential Basic targets the United States at country level only.
How do I target Texas specifically?
Put the region in the proxy username: USER-country-us-region-texas. Rotating by default (a new Texas IP on every request), or add a session id for a sticky IP that stays the same for up to 120 minutes. Add -city-<code> for a specific city; the codes are the ones shown in the dashboard generator (lowercase, underscores kept, e.g. houston).
How much do Texas residential proxies cost?
Premium, the line with state and city targeting: $4.00/GB on the 1 GB package, $3.50/GB at 5 GB, $3.00/GB at 10 GB, $2.80/GB at 25 GB, down to $2.20/GB on the largest packages. State targeting costs nothing extra: you pay for traffic, not per IP or per location, and the bandwidth is valid for the whole term.
Is there a free Texas proxy or trial?
Free Texas proxy lists are shared, already-flagged IPs; we do not publish one. What is free is the residential trial, activated from the dashboard after a one-time phone verification, on the same pool with the same Texas targeting, so you can test before paying.
Which cities in Texas can I target?
The pool list for Texas has 120 cities. The ones we tested with live requests while writing this page: Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, El Paso, Arlington, Plano, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Irving, Frisco. Others in the list may have fewer IPs at a given moment; if a city returns no exit, drop to state level and retry.
What is a Texas proxy?
A proxy server with a Texas IP address: your requests leave from a household connection inside Texas, so websites see a TX visitor. (Not the Texas "proxy" that means a legal document authorising someone to act for you — that is a different thing with the same name.) Ours are residential: the IPs belong to consumer ISPs in the state, not to a datacenter.
Are Texas proxies legal and safe to use?
Using a proxy is legal in the United States; what matters is what you do through it. Public data collection, price monitoring, ad verification and testing your own sites from Texas are ordinary uses. Circumventing access controls, fraud or accessing private data is not, whatever the IP. We keep the IPs clean by billing only successful traffic and dropping exits that get flagged.
Can I get a static Texas IP instead?
Static ISP IPs are sold per IP at country level (United States), not per state; see ISP proxies in the United States. If you need one IP to stay in Texas, use a sticky residential session, which holds the same Texas IP for up to 120 minutes.
