## Account questions

### I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot password?" link next to the password field: we email you a reset link valid for one hour. If you no longer control the email on the account, write to hello@quanticdata.io from another address and we will verify ownership manually.

### Where do I find my API key after logging in?

In the dashboard under API Keys. The key is shown masked with one-click copy; you can create separate keys for production and staging, see when each was last used, and rotate a key without touching the others. One key works across every Data API and proxy network.

### What can I manage from the dashboard?

Your balance and top-ups, every active proxy plan with remaining bandwidth and credentials, request logs with per-call cost and retry details, API keys, and the billing ledger — including the automatic refunds from crawl and batch jobs that could not fetch every page.
