Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your QuanticData account and its associated personal data, including data used by the QuanticData Proxies mobile app. You do not need to install the app or sign in to use this request path.
Send a deletion request
- Send an email from the address associated with your QuanticData account to hello@quanticdata.io.
- Use the subject Delete my QuanticData account and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
- Support verifies account ownership, explains the effect on any active services and confirms the outcome. If you no longer have access to the account email, mention this so support can arrange an alternative ownership check. Never send your password or API keys.
The button opens your email application. Review and send the message yourself. If it does not open, write directly to [email protected]. Opening the draft does not submit a request or immediately delete anything.
What the request covers
After verifying your request, we delete or anonymize the account's identifying information and associated data that no longer needs to be retained, revoke access and arrange removal of its workspace configurations, memberships and invitations. Deleting an account affects your access to QuanticData services and plans, including the mobile app.
Billing, payment, dispute and security records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute obligations. They are restricted to those purposes rather than used to keep your account active. Support identifies applicable exceptions and the expected completion of your request after verifying ownership.
Profiles and connection history stored only on your phone can be removed in the app or by clearing its local data. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the server account. If you want a copy of your data or deletion of specific data without closing the account, describe that in your email.
Request from the mobile app
Open Account → Delete account and data → Request account deletion. This opens the same email request path. You remain in control of when the email is sent.
