# Staffing agencies in Italy with phone numbers and addresses

**A list of staffing agencies and recruitment firms in Italy with phone, website, email and the branch address, meaning the office where candidates and client companies are received, extracted on request from Google Maps and the national directories.** It is not the Ministry register: it is the file for whoever sells to agencies. In Brescia one run returned at least 65. Get 20 free rows, then the file for one province from €290.

## What this list of Italian staffing agencies is

**It is the list of the staffing agencies in an Italian area (temporary staffing branches, temp agencies and recruitment and selection firms), with business name, branch address, phone, website and the emails published on that website.** It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.

Whoever looks for a list of authorised employment agencies in Italy usually wants the **Albo nazionale delle agenzie per il lavoro**, the national register kept by the Ministry of Labour on its portal: that is where you check whether an agency is authorised. Our file is for something else: for whoever sells to agencies and needs the real branch, the phone, the website and the emails. It does not replace the register and does not say whether an agency is listed.

The numbers on this page are for **Brescia**: the «agenzia per il lavoro» search of 4 October 2026 returned 77 listings; 12 belonged to other categories (public job centres, real estate agencies, consultants, training providers) and we took them out, because that is exactly what the category column in the file is for. That leaves at least 65 agencies: 59 listed as «Agenzia per il lavoro», 4 recruiters and 2 temp agencies, many of them branches of national groups. The figure to look at: all 65 had a published phone, 57 a website too.

## The fields you get on every row

These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. Email and email type are read on each business’s own website, so they are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.

| Field | Type | What it contains |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Business | text | The name the business shows on its public listing. |
| Category | text | The category the listing shows today. Listings of other categories are left out. |
| Address, postcode, comune and province | text | The **operating address**, where the business works and answers, in separate columns so you can split the list by area. |
| Phone and Phone 2 | text | The published numbers, in international format. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Email and email type | text | The email the business publishes on its own website, with its type: generic, personal or certified (PEC). Empty when we did not find one. |
| Website | URL | The business domain when we find it on the listing; empty when we do not. |
| Operating address check | yes / no | Yes when the map listing and the national directory listing show the same address. |
| Status on the map | text | Hours shown, temporarily closed or permanently closed, as the listing shows it on the day we read it. |
| Rating and number of reviews | number | The average rating and the review count of the listing: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Directory and map listing | URL | The two public pages the row comes from: the source of every value, open to check. |
| Checked on | date | The day we read the sources for that row. |
| Row ID | text | A stable code, so the same business does not reach you twice across orders. |

## How we build the list

Four choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.

### The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code

A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.

### The operating address, not only the registered office

The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.

### Source and date on every row

Every row carries the links to the two public listings it comes from and the day we read it.

### Every month, only the changes

With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.

Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: [remove your business from our lists](https://quanticdata.io/leads/removal/).

## Who buys a list of staffing agencies in Italy

Not job seekers: companies that sell to agencies and need the branch that decides, not the group's registered office.

### HR, payroll and time-tracking software

Software for temporary staffing, payroll and attendance: the branches with a website are the ones already ready for a demo.

### Workplace safety and occupational health

Mandatory courses, medical checks and protective equipment for agency workers: sold branch by branch, in the province where the work is.

### Training providers

Courses for the profiles agencies place, from forklift drivers to welders: the agency is the channel that brings candidates to the classroom.

### Job ads and recruitment campaigns

Ad space and campaigns to find candidates: offered to the branch that does the hiring, with its direct phone.

### Employee benefits, meal vouchers and mobility

Services for agency workers on assignment: the list is built province by province, starting from the industrial zones.

### Companies looking for a staffing supplier

Whoever has a peak of work to cover looks for agencies near the plant: municipality and category make the first filter.

## Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you

The list contains **business contacts only**: business name, branch address, published number, website and the emails the agency publishes on its own website. No candidate or worker data, no private contacts, no personal profiles bought from third parties.

For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in [recital 47](https://gdpr-info.eu/recitals/no-47/). Small recruitment firms are sometimes sole traders: for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case. The national register of employment agencies, on the Ministry of Labour portal, remains the official source to check whether an agency is authorised: our file does not replace it.

**Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy.** Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent, or for the cases where the law does not require it, such as existing customers for similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.

When you receive the file you become an **independent controller** of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you.

If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: [remove your business from our lists](https://quanticdata.io/leads/removal/).

## Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.

[Ask for your sample →](/datasets/italy/staffing-agencies/#sample)

### How many staffing agencies are there in Italy, and is this the Ministry register?

It depends on the area. The only number we measured is Brescia: at least 65 agencies in one run on 4 October 2026, other categories removed. We do not publish a national total because we have not counted one. It is not the register: the register says who is authorised, our file gives sellers the branch, phone, website and email.

### What is the difference between an agenzia per il lavoro and a centro per l'impiego?

An agenzia per il lavoro is a private company doing temporary staffing, recruitment and selection; a centro per l'impiego is the public job centre. On the map they show up together: in Brescia 3 of the 77 listings were public job centres, and we kept them out of the 65 agencies. On request we add them back, marked by the category column.

### How up to date is the data?

It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. Among agencies, branches open, close and change brand often: the status on the map (hours shown, temporarily or permanently closed) tells you, row by row, who is still operating. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.

### How many Italian staffing agencies in the list have an email?

The emails do not come from an archive: we read them on the agency website, so coverage depends on how many have a website. In Brescia 57 agencies out of 65 (88%) had a website to visit. For branches of national groups the website does not always publish the branch email: in the free sample you see the real percentage for your area before you pay.

### Is it legal to contact staffing agencies in Italy?

They are business contacts published by the businesses themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47. Whoever receives the file becomes an independent controller. Commercial emails and SMS sent with automated systems need the recipient’s prior consent (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), except for existing customers offered similar products. Calls with a live operator are allowed to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy’s do-not-call register.

### Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?

CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the published emails.

### Can I get the agencies of one province or one industrial zone only?

Yes: one province starts at €290. With agencies it often pays to think in manufacturing districts: you can name a radius in kilometres around an industrial zone, a list of municipalities or a single city. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.

### What guarantee is there on quality?

If a delivered field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought; in the «phone only» version (only the rows with a phone number) it covers the phone. The period to report a row is stated in the order.

### Can I import the list into my CRM?

Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website), so the list of staffing agencies loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.
