# List of physiotherapists in Italy with phone and practice address: at least 114 found in Padua in one run — any province on request

**A list of physiotherapists in Italy: practices and rehabilitation centres with phone, practice address, website and emails read from the website.** It is for companies that sell to physiotherapists; to check a registration there is the official register, which is free. In Padua one run returned at least 114 practices. Get 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province.

## What this physiotherapists in Italy email list is

**It is the list of physiotherapy practices in an Italian area (self-employed physiotherapists, group practices, rehabilitation centres and outpatient clinics) with name, address of the location where patients are seen, phone, website and the emails published on that website.** It is not an archive to download: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.

**The register of physiotherapists exists and is free**: it is the single national register of the professional bodies, searchable on the website of their federation (FNOFI), and it is for checking that a professional is registered. Our file does not replace it and does not prove a registration. It is for companies that sell to practices (electromedical equipment, treatment tables, ECM continuing education, practice software) and need the location where the work happens, the phone and the website.

In this sector many rows are people: in the 10 rows below several listings carry a professional's first and last name, and three numbers in ten are mobiles. In **Padua** the map search returned 176 listings; 62 were other categories (osteopaths, medical clinics, physiatrists, medical centres) and we removed them: in the file the category column is there for exactly this. The run stopped before covering the whole city, so there are at least 114 practices.

## The practice contacts you get on every row

These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. The enrichment fields (email, social profiles, website status) are filled only for the practices with a reachable website.

| Field | Type | What it contains |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Practice name | text | The name of the practice or centre; for self-employed physiotherapists it is often a first and last name, and the row flags it. |
| Category | text | The listing category and the secondary ones: physiotherapist, rehabilitation centre, outpatient clinic. It removes the neighbouring businesses the map returns. |
| Address | text | Street and number of the **location where patients are seen**, which for a self-employed professional can differ from the home or the tax address. |
| City, province and postcode | text | Three separate columns, so you can split the list by area or by sales agent without reworking it. |
| Phone | text | The number on the listing, normalised to international format; mobiles stay separate from landlines, because in this sector they are common. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Website | URL | The practice's domain. When the column is empty, the practice has no website: for whoever sells digital services that is already a signal. |
| Email found on the website | text | The emails published on the practice's website, read during enrichment. More than one when there are several. |
| Social profiles | URL | Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn linked from the website: a second channel when the professional is in a session and does not answer. |
| Opening hours | text | The hours on the listing, when there are any: whoever works by appointment answers in certain slots, and it pays to know them before calling. |
| Rating and reviews | number | Average star rating and number of reviews: an order of magnitude of the patient volume of the practice. |
| Date of last review | date | When someone last wrote a review: the most honest signal that the practice is still active at that address. |
| Active | yes / doubtful / no | Flag computed from the date of the last review and the website status. «Doubtful» means to be checked, not to be thrown away. |
| Operating address confirmed | yes / no | It is **yes** when the map and the national directory show the same address. |
| Source per row | text | Google Maps, national directory or both. On request we add the VAT number where the register shows it, checked on VIES. |

## How we build the list

Five choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.

### The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code

A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.

### The operating address, not only the registered office

The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.

### Source and date for every field

Next to phone, website and email you see where the value came from and the day we read it.

### Measured coverage

Every list says how many rows really have a phone, a website or an email, counted and not estimated. On this page, in Padua: phone 94% (107 of 114), website 72% (82 of 114). Email coverage is measured in the sample from your area.

### Every month, only the changes

With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.

Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: [remove your business from our lists](https://quanticdata.io/leads/removal/).

How the list is built

## From the map to the file, step by step

Five steps, always the same. They are the same public collectors you find in the API: if you prefer, you can run them yourself.

### 1. Extraction from the map

The `google_maps_places` collector sweeps the area you name and collects every physiotherapy listing: name, category, address, phone, website, opening hours, rating and reviews.

### 2. National directories for sole practitioners

The `business_directory` collector goes over the same area on Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche. Large centres are everywhere; the professional who sees patients in a small practice sometimes appears only there.

### 3. Deduplication on name and street

We normalise name and address and merge the listings that describe the same location. A professional who works from two locations stays on two rows, one per location.

### 4. Enrichment from the website

The `local_business_leads` collector visits the website of each practice and extracts the published emails, other numbers and the social profiles. The emails come from the website, not from a purchased archive, and we know from which page.

### 5. «Active» flag and delivery

From the date of the last review and the website status we derive the active / doubtful / no flag, then export to CSV or XLSX with the source on every row. On request we check the VAT numbers on VIES.

Phones and emails are masked on this page. In the free sample they arrive complete, together with the other columns. Names and websites are masked here too: many practices are registered to a person.

10 rows out of 114 practices extracted in Padua (Padova), taken only from listings with the physiotherapy or rehabilitation category, with phones and emails masked on this page; the run stopped before covering the whole city, so there are at least 114 practices. Measured on 2026-10-01 in a single run; the counts refer to the city named, not to the whole of Italy.

Pricing

## What it costs

Two ways. The self-service API if you want to rebuild the list yourself whenever you need it, the finished file if you only want to open the CSV and start. Prices are always «from»: they depend on how many businesses come out of the area you name.

**Free sample**20 rows*from the area you name, within one business day*

**Self-service API**from $0.01 per lead*`local_business_leads` collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged*

**One province**from €290*every business in the sector, enriched, CSV/XLSX, source per row*

**All of Italy**quote within 24 h*by region or nationwide; monthly refresh with the changes only from €390/month*

The API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.

## Who buys a list of physiotherapy clinics in Italy

Not patients: companies that sell to practices and need the location where patients are seen and the number the professional answers.

### Electromedical equipment

Tecar therapy, shockwave, laser: an investment offered to the practices with the most reviews and to rehabilitation centres, filtered by category.

### Treatment tables and rehabilitation equipment

Tables, platforms, gym equipment: a purchase that follows the opening or the expansion of a practice.

### ECM continuing education

Courses and congresses for mandatory continuing education: the list is built region by region, and the emails read from the website are the natural channel.

### Practice software and scheduling

Appointments, healthcare invoicing, recalls: in Padua 32 practices out of 114 had no website, and that is where whoever sells the digital shopfront starts.

### Taping, braces and consumables

Recurring local reorders, sold by area with the practice's phone.

### Professional insurance

Professional liability policies for practitioners: you need the practice location and a direct contact, not a home address.

## A bought list versus a list built on request

The six differences that matter when you sell to physiotherapy practices.

| | Bought list | This list |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Freshness | A static file: usually it does not say when it was collected. | Extracted the day you order it; on request it comes back every month with the changes only. |
| Source per row | One big pool, with no way to know where each contact comes from. | Every row states the source: map, national directory or both. |
| Address | Often the home or the tax address of the professional. | The **location where patients are seen**, with the «confirmed» flag when the two sources agree. |
| Neighbouring businesses | Osteopaths, physiatrists and clinics mixed in with no way to separate them. | The listing category on every row: keep only what you need. |
| Closed or relocated practices | No signal: you find out by calling. | Active / doubtful / no flag and date of the last review on every row. |
| Pricing model | A package to buy whole, often national. | 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province. |

## Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you

The list contains **published professional contacts only**: practice name, location address, published number, website and the emails the practice publishes on its own website. No patient data, no private contacts, no personal profiles bought from third parties. The single national register of physiotherapists is public and free and remains the source to check a registration: our file is for companies that sell to practices and does not replace it.

For commercial contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in [recital 47](https://gdpr-info.eu/recitals/no-47/). Here it matters more than elsewhere: many physiotherapists are self-employed, they are flagged in a separate column, and for them name, phone and email are personal data. The processing has to be assessed case by case.

**Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy.** Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent or for one-to-one contacts. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.

When you receive the file you become an **independent controller** of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you. Before any calling campaign the numbers must be screened against the do-not-call register, mobiles included; on request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before delivery.

If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: [remove your business from our lists](https://quanticdata.io/leads/removal/).

## Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.

[Ask for your sample →](/datasets/italy/physiotherapists/#sample)

### How many physiotherapists are there in Italy?

We have not counted a national total, so we do not publish one: the number of registered physiotherapists comes from the register, not from us. The only number we measured is Padua: at least 114 practices in a single run on 1 October 2026, stopped before covering the whole city. Before you order we tell you how many locations come out of your province.

### Is there an official register of physiotherapists in Italy?

Yes. The single national register of the professional bodies is free and searchable on the website of their federation, FNOFI, and it is for checking that a professional is registered. Our file does not replace it and does not prove a registration: it lists practices and clinics with location, phone, website and emails, for companies that sell to them.

### Does the list include physiotherapy clinics and individual practitioners?

Both. It covers self-employed physiotherapists, group practices, rehabilitation centres and outpatient clinics, one row per location: a professional who works from two locations stays on two rows. In Padua the map search returned 176 listings and 62 were other categories (osteopaths, medical clinics, physiatrists, medical centres), which we removed. The category column on every row lets you keep only what you need.

### How up to date is the data?

It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. The date of the last review tells you, row by row, how recently someone visited the practice. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.

### How many practices have an email?

We read the emails on the practice's website, so coverage depends on how many practices have one. In Padua 82 practices out of 114 (72%) had a website to visit, and 107 out of 114 (94%) had a phone. In the free sample you see the real percentage for your area before you pay.

### Is it legal to contact physiotherapists, and how is that different from the register?

The register is free and is for checking a registration; our file is for contacting practices to sell. They are published professional contacts, and the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47, but for self-employed physiotherapists they are personal data: as an independent controller you assess each case, and you screen the numbers against Italy's do-not-call register.

### Can I download the physiotherapist list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?

CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because the website of every practice has to be visited one by one to read the emails and social profiles.

### Can I get the physiotherapists of just one city or province, like Padua?

Yes, and it is the most requested cut: one province starts at €290. You can also name a city, a list of municipalities or a radius in kilometres. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.

### API or finished file: which is better?

The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.

### What guarantee is there on quality?

Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if a field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers, because a phone that is switched off cannot be verified. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought (with «phone only», the phone) and the period to report a row is stated in the order.

### Can I import the physiotherapist list into my CRM?

Yes. The list arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field, so it loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows go straight into your systems, without a file.

## Want to see 20 physiotherapy practices from your area?

Tell us the city or the province: we send you 20 complete rows within one business day, with no account and no card.
