# List of farms in Italy with phone and email: at least 41 farm businesses found in Cuneo in one run — any province on request

**A list of farms in Italy (aziende agricole, the farm businesses) with phone, address, website and email where a website exists.** These are working farms to sell to, not property for sale. In Cuneo one run returned at least 41 farms: 80% with a phone (33 of 41), only 41% with a website (17 of 41). Get 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API, or from €290 per province.

## What this list of farmers in Italy is

**It is the list of the farm businesses in an Italian area (farms, plant nurseries, organic farms, livestock breeders, agriturismi and agricultural services), with business name, farm address, phone, website and the emails published on that website.** It is not an archive to download, and it is not a list of farms for sale: it is extracted when you order it, so the collection date is the delivery date.

It is a sector where **the website is often missing**, and that has to be said before talking about emails. In Cuneo 24 farms out of 41 (59%) had no website. We read the emails from the website: where there is no website, the email column stays empty and you get phone and address. We do not fill the gap with addresses taken from third-party archives. If you need an email-only campaign, count at most on the rows with a website, fewer than half; if you work by phone or with field agents, coverage rises to 80%.

The numbers on this page are for **Cuneo**: the «azienda agricola» (farm business) search of 1 October 2026 returned 109 listings; 68 belonged to other categories (fruit and vegetable shops, tractor and farm machinery dealers, grocery shops, butchers, farmers' organisations, listings with no category) and we took them out, because that is exactly what the category column in the file is for. That leaves at least 41 farms, in the provincial capital and in some neighbouring municipalities such as Borgo San Dalmazzo and Cervasca: the run stopped before exhausting the area.

## The fields you get on every row

These are the columns of the CSV or XLSX. The enrichment fields (email, social profiles, website status) are filled only for the businesses with a reachable website.

| Field | Type | What it contains |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Business name | text | The name the business uses with the public, cleaned of duplicates and department labels. |
| Category | text | The category declared on the listing: «Farm», «Organic farm», «Plant nursery», «Agricultural service», «Livestock breeder», «Agriturismo». Shops, tractor dealers and farmers' organisations that appear in the same search stay out of the count. |
| Address | text | Street, hamlet or road of the **operating address**, meaning where the fields, the cowshed or the farm shop are. |
| City, province and postcode | text | Three separate columns in the file, so you can split the list by sales territory without reworking it. |
| Phone | text | The number published on the listing, normalised to international format; mobiles stay separate from landlines. Before a calling campaign the numbers must be screened against Italy's do-not-call register (Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni). |
| Website | URL | The business domain. When the column is empty, the business has no website: for some sellers that is already a signal. |
| Email found on the website | text | The emails published on the farm website, read from the site itself during enrichment. Where there is no website the column stays empty: we do not add addresses from other sources. |
| Coordinates | lat / long | Latitude and longitude of the listing: in the countryside the address is often a hamlet or a farm track, and the coordinates help plan an agent's round. |
| Rating | number | The average star rating on the listing, where there is one. |
| Number of reviews | number | How many reviews it has collected: an order of magnitude of the client volume. |
| Date of last review | date | When someone last wrote a review: the most honest signal that the business is still trading. |
| Active | yes / doubtful / no | Flag computed from the date of the last review and the website status. «Doubtful» means to be checked, not to be thrown away. |
| Operating address confirmed | yes / no | It is **yes** when the map and the national directory show the same address. It is the field that keeps your letter from landing at the accountant's office. |
| Source per row | text | Google Maps, national directory or both: every row says where it comes from. On request we add the VAT number where the register shows it, checked on VIES. |

## How we build the list

Five choices that decide how many right rows end up in the file.

### The sector from the listing, not from the ATECO code

A company picks its ATECO activity code when it registers and often never updates it when the business changes. We take the category the business shows today on its public listing, on Google Maps and on the Italian national directories.

### The operating address, not only the registered office

The address is where the business works and answers the phone, not the registered office in the company register, which is sometimes only an administrative address.

### Source and date for every field

Next to phone, website and email you see where the value came from and the day we read it.

### Measured coverage

Every list says how many rows really have a phone, a website or an email, counted and not estimated. On this page, in Cuneo: phone 80% (33 of 41), website 41% (17 of 41). Email coverage is measured in the sample from your area.

### Every month, only the changes

With the monthly refresh you receive new openings, closures and changed contact details, not the whole list again.

Before a calling campaign, Italian numbers must be screened against the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register. A business that finds itself in a list can ask to be removed: [remove your business from our lists](https://quanticdata.io/leads/removal/).

How the list is built

## From the map to the file, step by step

Five steps, always the same. They are the same public collectors you find in the API: if you prefer, you can run them yourself.

### 1. Extraction from the map

The `google_maps_places` collector sweeps the area you name, municipality by municipality, and collects every farm listing: name, category, address, coordinates, phone, website, rating and reviews. Many farms with no website still have a listing with a phone.

### 2. National directories for the independents

The `business_directory` collector goes over the same area on the Italian national directories (Pagine Gialle and Pagine Bianche). There is a precise reason: farms that sell direct are on the map, many small farms with no shop appear only there. The two sources complete each other, they do not replace each other.

### 3. Deduplication on name and street

We normalise business name and address (abbreviations, punctuation, company forms) and merge the listings that describe the same business. One row is left, but the «source» column keeps track of where it appeared.

### 4. Enrichment from the website

The `local_business_leads` collector visits the website of each business and extracts the published emails, other phone numbers, social profiles and the website status. The emails do not come from a purchased archive: they come from the business's own website, and we know from which page. If the farm has no website this step adds nothing, and the row keeps phone and address.

### 5. «Active» flag and delivery

From the date of the last review and the website status we derive the active / doubtful / no flag, then export to CSV or XLSX with the source on every row. On request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before we send you the file.

10 rows out of 41 extracted in Cuneo with the «azienda agricola» search, taken only from the farm categories; phones and emails are masked on this page. The run stopped before exhausting the area, so there are at least 41 farms. These 10 rows all have a website, but 24 of the 41 farms had none. Measured on 2026-10-01 in a single map extraction; the counts refer to Cuneo and the neighbouring municipalities covered by the run, not to the whole of Italy.

Pricing

## What it costs

Two ways. The self-service API if you want to rebuild the list yourself whenever you need it, the finished file if you only want to open the CSV and start. Prices are always «from»: they depend on how many businesses come out of the area you name.

**Free sample**20 rows*from the area you name, within one business day*

**Self-service API**from $0.01 per lead*`local_business_leads` collector, $2 of free credit every month, failed extractions not charged*

**One province**from €290*every farm in the area, enriched where there is a website, CSV/XLSX, source per row*

**All of Italy**quote within 24 h*by region or nationwide; monthly refresh with the changes only from €390/month*

The API price is per row delivered: failed extractions are not charged and rows with neither phone nor website are not counted. Prices of the finished files exclude VAT.

## Who buys a list of Italian farms

Not people buying fruit and vegetables, nor people looking for a farm to buy: companies that sell to farm businesses and often reach them by phone or with an agent.

### Farm machinery and spare parts

Tractors, implements and service: sold area by area, and the coordinates help organise visits in the countryside.

### Seeds, fertilisers and crop protection

Dealers and manufacturers of farm inputs: the category separates farms, nurseries, organic farms, livestock breeders and agricultural services.

### CAP subsidy and grant consultancy

Subsidy applications and technical assistance: the list is built province by province, and the phone counts more than the email.

### Irrigation, energy and solar

Systems for greenhouses, cowsheds and farm buildings: what you need is the address of the farm, not of the registered office.

### Packaging, labels and direct sales

Whoever sells crates, jars, labels and online shop websites: the farms with no website are the first list to call.

### Restaurant buyers and short-supply-chain shops

Whoever looks for local suppliers: category, organic and distance from the shop make the first filter.

## A bought list versus a list built on request

The six differences buyers tell us about after trying an archive file.

| | Bought list | This list |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Freshness | A static file: usually it does not say when it was collected. | Extracted the day you order it; on request it comes back every month with the changes only. |
| Source per row | One big pool, with no way to know where each contact comes from. | Every row states the source: map, national directory or both. |
| Address | Often the **registered office** or the accountant who keeps the farm's books. | The **operating address**, with the coordinates and the «confirmed» flag when the two sources agree. |
| Origin of the emails | Origin not declared, often inherited from other lists. | Emails read on the farm website, with the page they come from; empty where there is no website. |
| Closed businesses | No signal: you find out by calling. | Active / doubtful / no flag and date of the last review on every row. |
| Pricing model | A package to buy whole, often national. | 20 free rows, then from $0.01 per lead through the API or from €290 per province. |

## Compliance: what is in the file and what is up to you

The list contains **business contacts only**: business name, operating address, published number, website and the emails the farm publishes on its own website. No consumer data, no private contacts, no personal profiles bought from third parties.

For business-to-business contact the legal basis is legitimate interest, which the GDPR names explicitly for direct marketing in [recital 47](https://gdpr-info.eu/recitals/no-47/). In farming a great many businesses are sole traders that carry the owner's name, and the published number is often a mobile: we flag them in a separate column, because for them the contact detail counts as personal data and the processing has to be assessed case by case.

**Email, SMS and automated messages need consent in Italy.** Sending commercial communications through automated systems requires the recipient's prior consent, even when the recipient is a company or a professional (art. 130 of the Italian Privacy Code): the email column is for whoever already has that consent or for one-to-one contacts. Calls with a live operator are allowed only to numbers not listed in the Registro Pubblico delle Opposizioni, Italy's do-not-call register.

When you receive the file you become an **independent controller** of the data: privacy notice, record of processing and replies to data subjects' requests are up to you. Before any calling campaign the numbers must be screened against the do-not-call register; on request we check the VAT numbers on VIES before delivery.

If your business is in one of our lists and you want it out, the business name and the contact detail to remove are enough: [remove your business from our lists](https://quanticdata.io/leads/removal/).

## Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask us before ordering. If something is missing, ask for the sample and write the question in the form: a person replies.

[Ask for your sample →](/datasets/italy/farms/#sample)

### How many farms are there in Italy?

We have not counted a national total, so we do not publish one; the number depends on the area. The only figure we measured is Cuneo: at least 41 farms in a single run on 1 October 2026, which stopped before exhausting the area. Before you order we tell you how many rows come out of the province or region you need, for example the farms of Piedmont, and the free sample comes from that same area.

### What is an azienda agricola?

It is the Italian name for a farm business: the company or sole trader that works the land, raises livestock or runs a nursery. In this list it covers the categories the listings declare: farm, organic farm, plant nursery, agricultural service, livestock breeder and agriturismo. Many are sole traders that carry the owner's name, often with a mobile as the published number, which is why we flag them in a separate column.

### How up to date is the data?

It is current to the day of extraction, because the list is generated when you order it instead of being pulled from an archive. On farms the website is often missing, so the date of the last review matters more: it tells you, row by row, who still receives customers or sells direct. On request we rebuild the file every month and deliver only the changes.

### Is there a list of farmers in Italy with email addresses?

Fewer rows have one than in other sectors, and we say so up front. We read the emails on the farm website: in the Cuneo sample only 17 farms out of 41 (41%) had a website to visit, while 33 out of 41 (80%) had a phone. Where there is no website the email column stays empty. In the free sample you see the real percentage for your area before you pay.

### Can I contact Italian farmers for a B2B offer?

They are business contacts published by the farms themselves. For B2B the GDPR allows legitimate interest under recital 47, and sole traders, common in farming, are flagged separately. When you receive the file you become an independent controller and, before calling, you must screen the numbers against Italy's do-not-call register. Automated email needs prior consent in Italy.

### Can I download the list as CSV or Excel, and how fast?

CSV and XLSX, with the source on every row; JSON on request. The 20-row sample arrives within one business day. A full province usually takes one or two business days, because every website has to be visited one by one to read the emails and social profiles.

### Can I buy just one province or a few municipalities?

Yes, and it is the most requested cut: one province starts at €290. For farming it often pays to name a list of municipalities or a production area, because farms are spread out away from the towns. There is no national package you have to buy whole before you can get your area.

### Can I get a list of olive, dairy or wine farms in a specific Italian region?

Yes, by category and by search. The category column already separates farms, organic farms, nurseries, livestock breeders and agricultural services, and for a specific production we run the searches for it in the region you name. We have measured only the generic «azienda agricola» search in Cuneo, so for any other production we tell you how many rows come out before you order, with 20 free rows to check.

### API or finished file: which is better?

The API makes sense if you have someone to integrate it and you want to rebuild the list yourself: you pay from $0.01 per lead and get $2 of free credit every month. The finished file makes sense if you need a province already deduplicated, enriched and checked, without writing a line of code.

### What guarantee is there on quality?

Before buying you get 20 real rows from your area for free. After buying, every field we deliver is guaranteed: if a field is wrong, for example an email that does not exist, that row is refunded. For phones the refund applies when the number does not exist or is not valid, not when nobody answers, because a phone that is switched off cannot be verified. The guarantee covers the fields of the list you bought (with «phone only», the phone) and the period to report a row is stated in the order.

### Can I import the list into my CRM?

Yes. The file arrives as CSV and XLSX with one column per field (name, phone, email, operating address, website), so the list of farms loads through the contact import of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo and monday CRM, or opens in Excel and Google Sheets. With the API the rows reach your systems without a file.

## Want to see 20 farms from your area?
